Cette  subrogation  ne  donnera  lieu  à  la  charge
de  PEtat  français  à  aucun  payement.

Les  gares  frontières  seront  fixébes  par  un
sGecord  ultérieur,  Stant  par  avance  stipulé  que,
sur  la  frontière  du  Rhin,  elles  seront  situses  sur
la  rivo  droite.

Arkicle  66.

Conformément  aux  dispositions  de  Farticle
268  du  Chapitro  1  de  la  Section  I  de  la  Partie  X
(Clauses  économiques)  du  présent  Traité,  pendant
  une  Pôriode  de  cinq  années,  à  dater  de  la
mise  en  vigueur  du  présent  Traité,  lee  produite
naturels  ou  fabriqués.  originaires  et  en  provenanco
  des  territoires  visés  à  Tarticle  51,  seront
regus,  à  leur  entrée  sur  le  territolre  douanier
allemand,  en  franchise  de  tous  droits  de  douane.

Le  Gouvernement  français  se  réserve  de  fixer
chu##ue  annéc,  par  décret  notifié  au  Gouvernemont.
allemand.  la  naturo  ct  la  quotité  des  produits  qui
Dbénclcieront  de  cette  franchise.

Les  qunntités  de  chaqdue  produit  qui  pourront
Stre  ainsi  ecnvovées  annuellement  en  Allemagne  ne
pourront  dépasser  la  moyenne  annnelle  des  quanhlités
  envoycks  au  cours  des  années  1911  à  1913.

En  outre.,  ct  pendant  ladite  période  de  cind
ans,  le  Gouvernement  allemand  s'engage  à  laisser
sortir  librement  d’Allemagne  et  à  laisser  réimporter
  en  Allemanne.  en  franchise  de  tous  droits
do  douanes  ou  autres  charges.  y  compris  les  impõts
  intéricurs.  les  fils.  tissus  et  autres  matières
ou  prodlnits  textiles  de  toute  nature  et  à  tous
Glats.  veus  d’Allemaxne  duns  les  territoires
viscs  à  l’article  51.  pour  y  subir  des  opérations
de  finiasage  duelconques.  telles  que  blanchiment,
teinture.  impression,  mercerisage,  gazage,  retordage
  ou  apprét.

Article  69.
Pendant  uncd  période  de  dix  ans  à  dater  de
la  mise  en  vigucur  du  présent  Traité,  les  usinos
contrales  d’énergie  électrique  situées  en  territoire

This  substitution  shall  not  entail  any
Payment  on  the  part  of  the  French  State.

The  frontier  railway  stations  shall  bo
established  by  a  subsequent  agreement,  it  being
stipulated  in  advance  that  on  the  Rhine  frontior

they  shall  be  situated  on  the  right  bank.

Articls  68.

In  accordance  with  the  provisions  of  Artiecle
268  of  Chapter  I  of  Section  1  of  Part  X  (Economie
  Clauses)  of  the  present  Treaty,  for  a  period
of  five  years  from  the  coming  into  force  of  the
present  Treaty,  natural  or  manufactured  products
drriginating  in  and  coming  from  the  territories
referred  to  in  Article  51  shall,  on  importation
into  German  customs  territory,  be  exempt  from
all  customs  duty.

The  French  Government  may  flx  each  Fear,
bydecree  communicated  to  the  German  Government,
  the  nature  and  amount  of  the  producits
which  shall  enjoy  thie  exemption.

The  amount  of  each  product  which  may  be
thus  sent  annually  into  Germany  shall  not  excced
the  average  of  the  amounts  sent  annually  in  the
Fears  1911—1913.

Further,  during  the  period  of  fvo  years  above
mentioned,  the  German  Government  shall  allow
the  free  export  from  Germany,  and  tho  free  roimportation
  into  Germany,  exempt  from  all
customs  duties  and  other  charges  (including  internal
  churges),  of  yarns,  tissues,  and  other  toxtile
  materials  or  toxtilo  products  of  any  kind  and
in  any  condition,  sent  from  Germany  into  the
fterritories  referred  to  in  Article  51,  to  be  subjected
  there  to  any  finishing  process,  such  as
bleaching,  dyeing,  printing,  mercerisation,
gassing,  twisting  or  dressing.

Article  69.
During  a  period  of  ten  years  from  the  coming
into  force  of  the  present  Treaty,  central  electric
supply  works  situated  in  German  territory  and
