leur  sera  imposé,  de  ce  fait,  aucun  droit  soit  de
Sortie.,  soit  d’entree.  .

Duns  lo  möme  délai,  les  Tchéco-Slovaques  ressortissunts
  allemands  se  trouvant  en  pays  dtranger
  auront,  à  moins  de  dispositions  contraires  de
la  loi  SCtrangèere  et  s’ils  n’ont  pas  acquis  la  nationalits
  Strangère,  le  droit  d'’acquérir  la  nationalitée
  tchéco-slovaque,  à  PTexclusion  de  la  nationalité
  allemande,  en  se  conformant  aux  prescriptions
  qdui  seront  édictées  par  I’Etat  tchsécoslovaque.


Article  86.

L’'Etat  tchéco-slovadque  accepte,  en  en  agréant
Pinsertion  dans  un  Traité  avec  les  Principales
Puissances  alliées  et  associées.  les  dispositions
due  ces  Puissances  jugeront  nécesseires  pour
protéger  en  Tchéco-Slovaquie  les  intérsts  des
habitants  qui  different  de  la  mejorité  de  la
population  par  la  race,  la  langue  ou  la  religion.

L'Etlat  tchéco-slovacue  agrée  égalcment  l'insertion
  dans  un  Traité  avec  les  Principales  Puissences
  alliées  ot  associées  dos  dispositions  due
cea  Puissances  jugeront  nécossaires  pour  protéger
  la  liberté  du  transit  et  un  régime  Squitable
pour  le  commerce  des  autres  nations.

La  proportion  et  la  nature  des  charges  financières
  de  PAllemagne  ot  de  la  Prusse  due  I°Etut
tchéco-slovaque  aura  à  supporter  en  raison  du
lterritoire  silésien  placé  sous  sa  souveraineté,  seront
  fixées  conformément  à  Tarticle  254  de  la
Partio  IX  (Clauses  financières)  du  présent
Traité.

Des  conventions  ullérieures  reègleront  töutes

questions  aui  ne  sernient  pas  réglées  par  le  présent
  Traité  et  duc  pourrait  faire  naitre  la  cession
dudit  territoire.  "

port  or  import  duties  may  be  imposed  upon  them
in  connection  with  the  removal  of  such  property.

Within  the  samo  period  Czecho-Slovaks  who
are  German  nationals  and  are  in  a  foreign  country
will  be  entitled,  in  the  absence  of  any  provisions
to  the  contrary  in  the  foreign  law,  and  il  they
have  not  acquired  the  foreign  nationality,  to
obtain  Czecho-Slovak  nationality  and  lose  their
German  nationality  by  complying  with  the  requirements

  laid  down  by  the  Czecho-Slovak

State.

Article  86.

The  Czecho-Slovak  State  accepts  and  agrees
to  embody  in  a  Treaty  with  the  Principal  Allied
and  Associated  Powers  such  provisions  as  may
be  deemed  necessary  by  the  said  Powers  to  protect
  the  interests  of  inhabitants  of  that  State
who  differ  from  the  majority  of  the  population  in
race,  language  or  religion.

The  Czecho-Slovak  State  further  accepts  and
agrees  to  embody  in  a  Treaty  with  tho  said
Powers  such  provisions  as  they  may  deem  necessary
  to  protect  freedom  of  transit  and  cquitable
  treatment  of  the  commerco  of  other  nations.

The  proportion  and  nature  of  the  financial
obligations  of  Germany  and  Prussia  which  the
Czecho-Slovak  State  will  have  to  assumoe  on
account  of  the  Silesinn  territory  placed  under  its
sovereiguty  will  be  determined  in  accordancc  wilh
Article  254  of  Part  IX  (Financial  Clauses)  ol
the  present  Treaty.

Subsequant  agreoments  will  decide  all  queslions
  not  decided  by.  the  present  Treaty  which
may  arise  in  consequence  of  tho  cession  of  the
said  territory.
