Des  Conrhntions  ulldrieures  règleront  toutes
ducstions  qui  ne  seraient  pas  réglées  par  le  présent
  Traité  et  que  pourrait  faire  naftre  la  cession
desdits  territoires.

Article  93.

—  La  pologne  accepte,  en  en  agréant  Pinsertion
dans  un  Traité  avec  les  Principales  Puissances
allices  et  associées,  les  dispositions  que  ces  Puissances
  jugeront  nécessaires  pour  protéger  en  Pologne
  les  intérsts  des  habitants  qui  diffèrent  de

la  majorité  de  la  population  par  la  raco,  la  langue
ou  la  religion.

La  Pologne  agrée  é6galement  Pinsertion  dans
un  Traité  avec  les  Principales  Puissances  alliées
et  asscciées  des  dispositions  due  ces  Puissances
jugeront  necessaires  pour  protéger  la  liberté  du
transit  et  un  régime  éCquitable  pour  le  commerce
des  autres  nations.  ·

sEMONE
PRUSSE  ORIENTALE.
Article  94.

Dans  la  zone  comprise  entre  la  frontière  Sud
du  territoirc  de  la  Prusse  orientale,  telle  que  cette
frontière  est  déterminée  à  Particle  28  de  la  Partie
  II  (Frontières  d’Allemagne)  du  présent
Traité,  et  la  ligne  ci-dessous  décrite,  les  habitants
seront  aphelés  à  désigner  par  voie  de  suffrage
TEtat  auqucl  il  désirent  étre  rattachés:

limite  Ouest  et  Nord  du  territoire  du  gouvernemont
  (KReyierungsbezirk)  &amp;Allenstein,  jusqufa  sa
rencontre  avec  la  limite  entre  les  cercles  (Kreise)

legislation  were  unfairly  prejudicial  to  tho  price
obtained,  they  shall  have  discretion  to  award  to
the  owner  equitable  compensation  to  be  paid  by
the  Polish  Government.

Further  agreements  will  regulate  all  qucstions
arising  out  of  the  cession  of  the  above  terrilory
which  are  not  regulated  by  the  present  Trealy.

Artiele  93.
Poland  accepts  and  agrees  to  embody  in  a

Treaty  with  the  Principal  Allied  and  Assoeinted

Powers  such  provisions  as  may  be  deemed
necessary  by  the  sald  Powers  to  protcct  tho
interests  of  inhabitante  of  Poland  who  diller
from  the  majority  of  the  population  in  race,
language  or  religion.

Poland  further  accepts  and  agroes  to  embody
in  a  Treaty  with  the  said  Powers  such  provisions
as  they  may  deem  necessary  to  protect  freedom
of  transit  and  equitable  treatment  of  tho  commerce
  of  other  nations.

SECTION  IK.
EAST  PRUSSIA.
Arttele  94.

In  the  area  between  the  southern  frontier  of
East  Prussia,  as  described  in  Article  28  of  Part
II  (Boundaries  of  Germany)  of  the  prcsont
Treaty,  and  the  line  described  below,  the  inhabitants
  will  be  called  upon  to  indicate  by  a  vote
the  State  to  which  they  wish  to  belong:
