L'Allemagne  déelare  renoncer  définitivement
en  faveur  des  Principales  Puissances  allices  et
associées  à  tout  droit  de  souveraineté  sur  los
territoires  du  Slesvig  situés  au  Nord  de  la  ligne
frontière  fik  comme  il  est  dit  ci-dessus.  Les
Principales  Puissances  allices  et  associées
remettront  au  Danemark  lesdits  territoires.

Article  111.

Une  Commission,  composée  de  sept  membres.
dont  cing  seront  nommés  par  les  Principales
Puissances  alliéos  et  associées,  un  par  le  Danemark
  et  un  par  I'Allemagne,  sera  constituce,  dane
les  quinze  jours  qui  suivront  la  connaissance  du
résultat  definitif  du  vole,  pour  sixor  sur  place  le
tracé  de  la  ligne-fronticère.

Les  décisions  scront  prises  à  la  majorité  des
voix  ct  seront  obligatoires  pour  les  parties
intéressees.

Artiele  112.

L’indigénat  (droit  de  citoyen)  danois  sers
a#cquis  de  plein  droit  à  Texclusion  de  la
naliomlité  allemande  à  tous  les  hobilants  du
territoire  laisant  retour  au  Danemark.

Toutefois,  les  personnes  qui  scralent  établies
sur  ce  territoire  postérieuremem  au  lor  çctobre.
1918,  ne  pourront  acquérir  T’indigénat.  danois  aumoyennant
  une  autorisatlon  du  Gonvernemeur
danois.

Article  113.

Dans  un  délai  de  deux  ans.  à  partir  du  jour
où  la  souveraineté  sur  tout  ou  partie  des
territoires  soumis  au  plébiscile  aurs  fait  rotour
au  Daucmark:  «  ·

Germany  hereby  renounces  definitively  in
favour  of  the  Principal  Allied  and  Associated
Powers  all  rights  of  sovereignty  over  the  territories
  situated  to  the  north  of  the  frontier  line
fixed  in  accordance  with  the  above  provisions.
The  Priwipal  Allied  and  Associated  Powers  will
hand  over  the  said  territories  to  Denmark.

Arffele  111.

A  Commission  composed  of  seven  members,
five  of  whom  ehall  be  nominated  by  the  Principal
Allied  and  Associated  Powers,  one  by  Denmark,
and  one  by  Germany,  shall  be  constituted  within
tifteen  days  from  the  date  when  the  final  result
os  the  vote  is  known.  to  trace  the  frontier  line  on
the  spot.

The  decisions  of#the  Commission  will  be  takern
by  a  majority  of  votes  and  shall  be  binding  on
the  parties  concerned.

Article  112.

All  the  inhabitants  of  the  territory  which  ##
returned  to  Denmark  will  acquire  Danish  natioality
  ipso  facto,  and  will  lose  their  Gorman
nationality.

Persons,  howevor,  who  had  become  babitually
residont  in  tbis  territory  after  October  1,
(98.  will  not  be  able  to  acquire  Danpish  nationslity
  without  permission  from  the  Danish  Government.

Arfiele  113.

Wichin  two  Vears  from  the  date  on  which  the
sovereignty  over  the  whole  or  part  of  tbe  territorr
of  Schleswig  subiected  to  tbe  plebiscite  ic
restored  to  Denmark:

Any  porson  over  18  Fears  of  age,  born  in  thbe
territory  restored  to  Denmark,  not  habitually
rosident  in  this  region,  and  possessing  Germen
nationality,  will  be  entitled  to  opt  for  Denmark;
