Etat  allemand  dans  la  concession  britannique
de  Shameen,  à  Canton.  Elle  renonce  en  faveur  des
Gouvernements  francais  et  chinois  conjointement,
à  la  propriété  de  I’Ecole  allemande  situse  sur  la
concession  française  de  Shanghal.

SlANI.

Arkiche  135.

L'Allemagne  reconnailt  comme  caducs,  depuis
le  22  juillot  1917,  tous  traités,  conventions  ou
accords  passés  par  elle  avec  le  Siam.  ensemble  les
droits,  titres  ou  privilèges  pouvant  en  résulter,
einsi  qu'à  tout  droit  de  juridiction  consulaire  au
Siam.

Article  136.

Tous  biens  et  propriétés  de  IEmpire  ou  des
Etats  allemands  au  Siam,  à  Texception  des
bätiments  employés  comme  résidences  ou  bureaux
diplomatiques  ou  consulaires,  seront  acquis  de
plein  droit  au  Gouvernemel  siamois,  sans
indemnité.

Les  biens,  propriétés  et  droits  privés  des
ressortissants  allemands  au  Siam  seront  traités
conformément  aux  stipulations  de  la  Partie  X
(Clauses  économiques)  du  présent  Traité.

#  Article  137.

LAllemagne  renonce  à  toute  réclamalion,
pour  elle  ou  ses  nationaux,  contre  le  Gouvernement
  siamois  relativement  à  la  saisie  des
narires  allemands,  à  la  liquidation  des  biens  allemands
  ou  à  T’internement  des  ressortissants  allemands
  au  Siam.  Cette  disposition  ne  doit  pas
asseeter  les  droits  des  parties  intéressces  dans  le
Droduit  d’aucune  do  ces  liquidations,  ces  droits
Ctant  réglés  par  les  dispositions  de  la  Partie  X
(Clauses  Cconomiques)  du  présent  Traité.

Shameen  at  Canton.  She  renounces  in  favour
of  the  French  and  Chinese  Governments

situated  in  the  French  Concession  at  Shanghei.

SECTILON  II.
SlIAM.

Arkicle  135.

Germany  recognises  that  all  treaties,
conventions  and  agreements  between  her  and
Siam,  and  all  rights,  title  and  privileges  derived
therefrom,  including  all  rights  of  ertraterritorial
  jurisdiction,  terminated  as  from  July  22,
1917.

Articke  136.

All  goods  and  property  in  Siam  belonging  to
the  German  Empire  or  to  any  German  State,
with  tbe  exception  of  premises  used  as  diplomatie
or  consular  residences  or  offices,  pass  ipso  facto
and  without  compensation  to  the  Siamese  Covernment.


The  goods,  property  and  private  rights  of
German  nationals  in  Siam  shall  be  dealt  with  in
eaccordance  with  the  provisions  of  Part  T
(Economic  Clauses)  of  the  present  Treaty.

Article  137.

Germany  waives  all  claims  against  the
Siamese  Government  on  behalf  of  herself  or  her
nationals  arising  out  of  the  seizure  or  condemnation
  of  German  ships,  the  liquidation  of  German
  property,  or  the  internment  of  German
nationals  in  Siam.  This  provision  sball  pot
affect  the  rights  of  tho  parties  interested  in  the
proceeds  of  any  such  liquidation,  which  shall  be
governed  by  the  provisions  of  Part  X  (Economie
Clauses)  of  the  present  Treaty.
