Son  Altessc  le  Khedire  le  28  norembre  1904
relatiremen!  à  In  Commission  do  la  Dette

Article  152.

I  /Allemagne  cousent,  en  ce  qui  la  concerne,
au  franslert  au  Uouvernement  de  Sa  Alajesté
lritanniquc  des  Dourtoirs  conséres  à  Sn  Majest
impériale  le  Sultan  par  In  Convention  signée  à
(onstaminople  le  29  ociobre  1888  relativemont
ùà  la  libre  navigation  du  Canal  de  Suez.

Elle  renoncc  à  toute  participation  au  Conscil
Ennilnire,  maritime  et  quarantenaire  d'’Egrpie  et
consent.  en  ce  qui  la  concerne,  au  kransfort  aux
autorités  é6gyptiennes  des  Douvoirs  de  ce  Conseil.

Article  153.

Tous  les  biens  et  propriétös  de  I’Empire
alllmand  et  des  Etats  allemands  en  Egypte
Inesent  de  plein  droit  au  Gouvernement  é6gyptien,
raus  nucune  indemmnilé.

Article  149.

Until  an  Egyptian  law  ol  judicial  organikation
  establishing  courts  with  universa!  jurtsdiction
  comes  into  force,  provision  shall  be  macle.
by  means  of  decreos  issucd  by  His  Highness  the
Sultan  for  the  exereise  of  jurisdiction  over  German
  nationals  und  property  by  the  British
Consular  Tribunals.

Arkicke  150.

The  Egyptian  Government  shall  have  complete
liberty  ol  action  in  regulating  ihe  slatus  of  German
  nationals  and  the  conditions  under  which
they  may  eslablish  themselves  in  Egypt.

Articke  151.

Germuny  consents  to  the  abrogation  ok-  the
decrec  issucl  by  His  Highness  tie  Khedive  on
November  28,  1901,  relating  to  the  Commission
of  ihe  Egyptian  Public  Debt,  or  to  such  changes
as  the  Egyptian  Government  may  think  it  desirable
  to.  make  therein.

Artiele  152.

Germany  consents.  in  so  far  as  she  is  concerned,
  to  the  transfer  to  His  Britannie  Aa-Wiesty's
  Government  of  the  powers  conkerred  on
Ilis  Imperial  Majesty  the  Sultan  by  the  Convention
  signed  at  Constantinople  on  October  29.
1888,  relating  to  the  free  navigation  ol  the  Sucz
Canal.

She  renounccs  all  participation  in  the  Sanitary.
MNaritime,  and  Qunrantine  Board  of  Egypt  and
consents,  in  so  far  as  she  is  concerned,  to  uln
transker  to  the  Egyptian  Authorities  ok  the
Dowers  ol  that  Board.

Article  153.
All  property  and  possessions  in  Egypt  of  the
German  Empire  and  the  German  States  pass  to
the  Egyptian  Government  without  payment.
