Tous  les  biens  meubles  ct  immcubles  appartemmi,
  en  Egxpic,  à  des  ressortissants  allemands
seront  traités  conformément  aux  Sections  III
ot  IV  de  la  Partie  X  (Clauses  éCconomiques)  du
Drósent  Traité.

allices  et  associées  passeront  avec  la  Turquie  ct
In  linlgarie  relatirement  aux  droits,  intéröts  et
Lrivilöses  duclconques,  auxqucls  IAllemagne  ou
les  ressortissants  allemands  pourraient  prétendre
on  Turquie  et  en  Bulgarie  et  qui  ne  sont  pas
Tobiet  de  dispositions  du  présent  Trait6é.

SECTION  VIII.
CIIANTOUNG.

Article  156.

L'Allemagne  renonce,  en  favecur  du  Japon,
à  tous  ses  droits,  titres  et  privileges  —  concerhant
  notamment  le  terriloire  de  Kiao-Tchéou,  les
chemins  de  fer,  les  mines  cl  les  cähles  sons-marins
—  qu’elle  a  arquis,  en  verin  du  Traité  passé  par
alle  avee  la  Chine,  le  6  mars  1898,  ct  de  tous
uutres  actes  concernant  la  province  du  Chantoung.

For  tbis  purpose,  the  property  änd  possess—
ions  of  the  German  Empire  and  Stlates  shall  bes
deemed  to  include  all  the  property  of  the  Croun,
the  Empire  or  the  States,  and  the  private  prop—
erty  of  the  former  German  Emperor  antd  other-Royal
  personagecs.

All  movrable  and  immovable  property  in
Egypt  belonging  10  German  nationals  shall  be:
dealt  with  in  accordance  with  Sections  III  and
IV  of  Part  X  (Economic  Clauses)  of  the  present
Treaty.

Artiche  154.

Egyptian  goods  entering  Germany  shall
enioy  the  treatment  accorded  to  British  goocs.

SECTION  VII.
TüURKEY  AD  BUI.GARI.A.
Article  155.

Germany  undertakes  to  recognise  and  ackteapt
all  arrangements  which  the  Allied  and  Assoeiated
  Powers  may  make  with  Turkex  and  Bulgaria
with  relerence  to  any  righis,  interests  and  privileges

  whatever  which  might  be  rlaimed  by  Germany

  or  her  nationals  in  Turkey  and  Bulgara
and  which  are  not  dealt  with  in  the  provisions
of  the  present  Treatpy.

SECTION  VIII.
SIIANTUNG.

Article  156.

Germany  renounces,  in  favour  of  Japan,  all
her  rights,  title  and  privileges  —partienlarir
those  concerning  the  territory  of  Kiaochow,  ruilways,
  mines  and  submarine  cables—#which  ahe
acquired  in  virtuo  of  the  Treaty  concluded  by  her
with  China  on  March  6,  1898,  and  of  all  other
arrangements  relative  to  the  Province  of  Shentung.
