Dans  lo  délai  de  doux  mois  à  compter  de  la
mise  on  vigucur  du  présent  Traité,  le  personnel
ex#cédunt  les  eflectifs  ci-dossus  sera  démobilisé.

Aucune  formation  navale  ou  militaire,  ni
aucun  corps  de  réserve,  ne  pourront  stre  constitués
  en  Allemagne  pour  des  services  dépendant
de  la  marine  on  dehors  des  effectifs  ci-dessus
sixs.

Article  184.

A  dater  de  la  mise  en  vigucur  du  présent
Traité,  tous  les  bätiments  de  guerre  de  surface
ullemands,  qui  se  trouvent  hors  des  ports  allemands,
  cessent  T’appartenir  à  DAllemagne  qui
renonce  à  tous  droits  sur  lesdits  bätiments.

Les  bötiments  qdui,  en  exécution  des  clauses
d'  Armistice  du  11  novembre  1918,  sont  actuellement
  internés  dans  les  ports  des  Puissances  alliées
  et  associées  sont  déclarés  définitivement
Tivrés.  *

Les  bätiments  qui  se  trouvent  actuellement
internés  dans  des  ports  neutres  y  seront  livrés
aux  Gouvernements  des  Principales  Puissances
alliées  ot  associées.  Le  Gouvernement  allemand
devra,  des  la  mise  en  vigueur  du  présent  Traitsé,
adresser  aux  Puissances  neutres  une  notilication
àcet  ossot.  «

Arkicke  185.

Dans  le  delai  de  deux  mois,  à  dater  de  la  mise
en  vigueur  du  présent  Traité,  les  bätiments  de
gucrre  allemands  de  surface,  ci-après  énumérés,
seront  lirrés  aux  Gouvernements  des  Principales
Puissances  allices  et  associces,  dans  les  ports
alliés  qui  seront  indiqués  par  lesdites  Puissances.

Ces  bätiments  seront  en  état  de  desarmement,
ainsi  qu’il  cet  prévu  à  larticle  XXIII  de  l'Armistice
  du  11  novombre  1918.  Toutefois,  ils  devront
avoir  toute  leur  artillerie  à  bord.

Within  two  months  from  the  coming  into
force  of  the  present  Treaty  the  personnel  in  ercess
  of  the  above  strength  shall  be  demobilized.

No  naval  or  military  corps  or  reservo  force  in
connection  with  the  Navy  may  be  organised  in
Germany  without  being  included  in  the  abovo
strength.

Article  194.

From  the  date  of  the  coming  into  force  of  the
Present  Treaty  all  the  German  surface  warships
which  are  not  in  German  ports  cease  to  belong
to  Germany,  who  renounces  all  rights  over  them.

Vessels  which,  in  compliance  with  tbe  Armistice
  of  November  11,  1918,  are  now  interned
  in  the  ports  of  the  Allied  and  Associated
Powers  are  declared  to  be  finally  surrendered.

Vessels  which  are  now  interned  in  neutral
Ports  will  be  there  surrendered  to  the  Governments
  of  the  Principal  Allied  and  Associated
Powers.  The  German  Government  must  address
a  notification  to  that  effect  to  the  neutral  Powers
on  the  coming  into  force  of  the  present  Treatpy.

Article  185.

Within  a  period  of  two  months  from  tho
coming  into  force  of  the  present  Treaty  the  German
  surface  warships  enumerated  below  will  be
surrendered  to  the  Governments  of  the  Principal
Allied  and  Associated  Powers  in  such  Allicq
ports  as  the  said  Powers  may  direct.

These  warships  will  have  been  disarmed  as
provided  in  Article  XXIII  of  the  Armistice  of
November  11,  1918.  Nevertheless  they  must
have  all  their  guns  on  board.
