  parcs  et  dépöts,  d’exercer,  s'il  7  a  lieu,  le
déplacement  du  matériel  prévu  et  den  prendre
livraison.  .  »

Lo  Gouvernement  allemand  dévra  fournir  à  la
Commission  aéronautique  interalliéce  de  contröle
tous  les  renseignements  et  documents  16gislatife,
administratifs  ou  nutres  qu’elle  jugera  nécessaires
pour  Fassurer  de  la  compleète  exécution  des  clauses

aéronautiques,  notamment  un  état  numérique

du  personnel  appartenant  à  tous  les  services
aéronautiques  allemands,  ainsi  que  du  matériel
oxistant,  en  fabrication  ou  en  commande,  une  liste
compleète  de  tous  les  établissements  travaillant
pour  Paéronautique,  de  leurs  emplacements  et  de
tons  les  hangars  et  terrains  Tatterrissage.

SECIION  V.
CL  AUSES  CENERALES  4·

Article  211.

AlPexpiration  d’'un  délai  de  trois  mois  à  dater
  de  la  mise  en  vigueur  du  présent  Traité,  la
Jégislation  allemande  devra  avoir  été  modifiée  ct
devra  stre  maintenue  par  le  Gouvernement  allemand
  en  conformité  de  la  présente  Partie  du  présent
  Traité.

Dans  le  méme  délai,  toutes  les  mesures  administratives
  ou  autres  relatives  à  Pexécution  des
dispositions  de  la  présente  Partie  devront  avoir
té  prises  par  le  Gouvernement  allemand.

Artiecle  212.  -

Les  dispositions  suivantes  de  I-Armistice  du
11  novembre  1918,  savoir:  PTarticle  VI,  les  paragraphes
  un,  deux,  six  et  sept  de  Particle  VII,  Tartiche
  IX,  les  clauses  I,  II  et  V  de  I.Annere  n#  2,

in  German  territory,  to  inspect  aeroplanc,  balloon
and  motor  manufactories,  and  factories  producing
arms,  munitions  and  explosives  capable  of  being
used  by  aircraft,  to  visit  all  aerodromes,  shecs,
landing  grounds,  parks  and  depots,  to  authorisc,
where  necessary,  a  removal  of  material  and  to
take  delivery  of  such  material.

The  German  Government  must  furnish  to  tbe
KAeronautical  Inter-Allied  Commission  of  Control
all  such  information  and  legislative,  administrative
  or  other  documents  which  the  Commission
may  consider  necessary  to  ensure  the  completo
execution  of  the  air  clauses,  and  in  particular  à
list  of  the  personnel  belonging  to  all  the  German
Air  Services,  and  of  the  existing  material,  as
well  as  of  that  in  process  of  manufacture  or  on
order,  and  a  list  of  all  establishments  working
for  aviation,  of  their  positions,  and  of  all  sheds
and  landing  groundes.

SECTION  V.
GENERAL  ARTICLES.

Article  211.

After  the  expiration  of  a  period  of  three
months  from  the  coming  into  force  of  the  preseut
Treaty,  the  German  laws  must  have  been  mocified
  and  shall  be  maintained  by  the  German  Gorernment
  in  conformity  with  this  Part  of  the
Present  Treaty.

Within  the  same  period  all  the  administrative
or  other  measures  relating  to  the  execution  of.
this  Part  of  the  Treaty  must  have  been  taken.

Articke  212.

The  following  portions  of  the  Armistice  ol
November  11,  1918:  Article  VI,  the  first  two  and
the  sixth  and  seventh  paragraphs  of  Article  VII:
Article  IX;  Clauses  I,  II  and  V  of  Anner  2,
