Les  options  de  la  présente  Annoxe  scront
oxorcées  par  P’intermédiaire  de  la  Commission  des
réparations.  Celle-ci  aura  pouvoir,  Dour  T’exécution
des  dispositions  ci-dessus,  de  statuer  sur  toutres
qduestions  relatives  à  la  procédure,  aux  qualités
et  quantités  des  fournitures,  à  la  quantité  de
coke  à  fournir  en  remplacement  de  charbon,  aux
délais  et  modes  de  livraison  et  de  payement.  Les
demandes  accompagnées  des  specifications  utiles
devront  ötre-  notifiékes  à  I’Allemagne  cent  vingt
iours  avant  la  date  fixée  pour  le  commencement
de  Pexécution,  en  ce  qui  concerne  les  livraisons
à  faire  à  partir  du  ler  janvier  1920,  et  trente
jours  avant  cette  date  pour  les  livraisons  à  laire
entre  la  date  de  mise  en  vigueur  du  présent  trailé
et  le  12  janvier  1920.  En  attendant  due  I'Allemagne
  ait  reçu  les  demandes  prévues  au  présent
PDaragraphe,  les  stipulations  du  Protocole  du
25  décembre  1918  (exéoution  de  Tarticke  VI  de
PArmistice  du  11  novembre  1918)  restent  en
vigueur.  Les  demandes  relatives  aux  substitutions
  prévues  par  les  paragraphes  7  et  8  seront
notifiées  au  Gouvernement  allemand  avec  un  délai
Préalable  jugé  suffisant  par  la  Commission.  Si
Ia  Commission  juge  que  la  satiskaction  complète
des  demandes  est  de  nature  à.  peser  d’une  facon
excessive  sur  les  besoins  industriels  allemands,
elle  pourra  les  différer  ou  les  annuler,  et  ainsi
fixer  tous  ordres  de  priorité;  mais  le  charbon
à  fournir  en  remplacement  du  charbon  des  mines
détruites  sera  fourni  par  priorité  sur  toutes
Iivraisons.

ANNEKXKE  VI.

L'Allemagne  donne  à  la  Commission  des
réparations  une  option  de  livraison,  à  titre-de
Töparation  partielle,  des  quantités  et  des  especes

The  forogoing  options  shall  be  erereised
through  the  intervention  of  the  KReparation
Commission,  which,  subject  to  the  specific  provisions
  hereof,  shall  have  power  to  deterwmine  all
duestions  relative  to  procedure  and  the  qualities
and  quantities  of  products,  the  quantity  of  coke
which  may  be  substituted  for  coal,  and  the  times
and  modes  of  delivery  and  payment.  In  giving
notice  to  the  German  Government  of  the  foregoing
  options  the  Commission  shall  give  at  least
120  days'  notice  of  deliveries  to  be  made  after
January  1,  1920,  and  at  least  30  days
notice  of  deliveries  to  be  made  between  the
coming  into  force  of  this  Treaty  and  January  1,
1920.  Until  Germany  has  received  the  demands
reforred  to  in  this  paragraph,  the  provisions
of  the  Protocol  of  December  25,  1918,
(Execution  of  Article  VI  of  the  Armistice  ef
November  11,  1918)  remain  in  force.  The
notice  to  be  given  to  the  German  Government
of  the  exercise  of  the  right  of  substitution
acceorded  by  paragraphs  7  and  8  shall  be  such  as
the  Reparation  Commission  may  consider  sufll
cient.  If  the  Commission  shall  determine  that
the  full  exereise  of  the  foregoing  options  would
interfere  unduly  with  the  industrial  requrrements
  of  Germany,  the  Commission  is  authorised
  to  postpone  or  to  cancel  deliveries,  and  in
so  doing  to  settle  all  questions  of  priority;  but
the  coal  to  replace  coal  from  destroyed  mines
shall  receive  priority  over  other  deliverics.
