concurrence  de  50  p.  100  du  stock  total  de
chaque  espece  de  matières  colorantes  et  produits
chimiques  pharmaceutiques  existant  en  Allemagne
ou  se  trouvant  sous  le  contröle  allemand  à  la
date  de  la  mise  en  vigueur  du  présent  Traité.

Cette  option  sera  exercée  dans  les  soixante
iours  de  la  réception,  par  la  Commission,  de
Pétat  détaillé  des  stocks,  fourni  dans  la  forme
demandée  par  elle.

5  2.

L'Allemagne  donne  en  outre  à  la  Commission
des  réparations  une  option  pour  la  livraison,
pendant  la  période  qui  s'ccoulera  entre  la  mise  en
digueur  du  présent  Traité  et  le  1°•2#  juin  1920,  puis,
pendant  chaque  période  ultéerieure  de  sik  mois,
jusqu'au  I1’r  janvier  1925,  de  toutes  matières
colorantes  et  tous  produits  chimiques  pharmacoutiques,
  à  concurrence  de  25  p.  100  de  la
Production  allemande  pendant  la  période  des  six
mois  précédents,  ou,  si  la  production,  pendant
cette  période  de  sik  mois,  était,  de  l'avis  de  la
Commission,  inféricure  à  la  production  normale,
àù  concurrence  de  25  p.  100  de  cette  production
normale.

Cette  option  sera  exereéo  dans  les  quatro

semaines  qui  suivront  la  réception  des  états  de
production  pendant  la  période  de  six  mois
Dréccdente;  ces  états  seront  produits  par  le  Gouvernement
  allemand  à  T’expiration  de  chadue
Période  de  six  mois  et  dans  la  forme  jugée  nécessa
  ire  par  la  Commission.

5  3.

Pour  les  matièes  colorantes  et  produits
chimiques  pharmeceutiques  fournis  en  exéecution
du  paragraphe  1°·’.,  le  prix  sera  fixé  par  la
Commission  en  fonction  du  prix  net  Texportation
Tavant-guerre  et  des  variations  du  prix  de  revient
surrcnues.

Pour  les  matières  colorantes  et  produits
chimiques  pharmeaceutiques  livrés  en  exécution  du
Paragraphe  2,  le  prix  sera  fixé  par  la  Commission

This  option  shall  be  exercised  within  sirty
days  of  the  receipt  by  the  Commission  of  such
Particulars  as  to  stocks  as  may  be  considered
necessary  by  the  Commission.

2.

Germany  further  accords  to  the  Reparalion
Commission  an  option  to  require  delivery  during
the  period  from  the  date  of  the  coming  into  forco
#of  the  present  Treaty  until  January  1,  1920,
and  during  each  period  of  sik  months  therealter
until  January  1,  1925,  of  any  specificd  kind
of  dyestuff  and  chemical  drug  up  to  an  amount  not
exceeding  25  per  cent.  of  the  German  production
of  such  dyestuffs  and  chemical  drugs  during  tho
Previous  sik  months  period.  If  in  any  case  the
Produckion  during  such  previous  sik  months  was,
in  the  opinion  of  the  Commission,  less  than
normal,  the  amount  required  may  be  25  per  cent.
of  the  normal  production.

Such  option  shall  be  exercised  within  four
weeks  after  the  receipt  of  such  particulars  as  to
production  and  in  such  form  as  may  be  considered
necossary  by  the  Commission:  these  Particulars
Shall  be  furnished  by.  the  German  Government
immediately  after  the  expiration  of  each  sir
moniths  period.

3.

For  dyestusss  and  chemical  drugs  delivered
under  paragraph  1,  the  price  shall  be  fired  by  the
Commission  having  regard  to  pre-War  net  export
prices  and  to  subsequent  increases  of  cost.

For  dyestuffs  and  chemical  drugs  deliverel
under  paragraph  2  the  price  shall  be  fixed  by  tho
Commission  having  regard  to  pro-war  net  export
