L’'Allemagne  s'engago  à  ne  pas  refuser  son
consentement  à  la  conclusion  avec  los  nouveank
Etats  des  arrangements  spéciaux  prévus  par  les
conventions  et  arrangements  relatifs  à  1’Union
postalo  universelle  et  à  I'’Union  tolégraphique
internationale,  dont  lesdits  nouveaux  Etats  font
Partie  ou  auxquels  ils  adhéreront.

Article  284.

Des  la  mise  en  vigucur  du  présent  Traité,  los
Hautes  Parties  Contractantes  appliqueront  de

nourcau,  en  tant  qu'elle  les  concerne,  la  Con-.

vention  radio-télégraphique  internationale  du
5  juillet  1912,  sous  condition  de  I’application  par
TAllemagne  des  regles  provisoires,  qui  lui  seront
indiquées  par  les  Puissances  allices  et  assceices.

Si,  dans  les  eind  années  dui  suivront  la  miso
en  vigucur  du  présent  Traité,  une  nouvolle  convention
  réglant  les  relations  radio-télégraphiques
internationales  vient  à  etre  conclue  en
remplaccment  de  la  convention  du  5  juillet  1912,
cetio  nouvrelle  convention  liera  FAllemagne,
méme  au  cas  où  celle-ei  aurait  refusé
soit  de  Larticiper  à  Pélaboration  de  la  convention,
scit  dy  souscrire.  6  #

Cette  nouvelle  convention  remplacera  é6galement
  les  rögles  provisoires  en  vigueur.

Artiele  295.

Des  la  mise  en  vigucur  du  présent  Traité,  les
Hautes  Parties  Contractantes  appliqueront,  en
tant  qu'elles  les  concernent,  ct  sous  la  condition
stibuléo  à  I’article  272,  les  convenlions  ci-après
désignées:

%  Conventions  des  6  mai  1882  et  1e’  févrior
1889  en  vuc  de  réglementer  la  pöcho  dans  la  mer
du  Nord,  en  dehors  des  caux  territoriales;

2°%  Los  Conventions  et  Protocoles  des  16  novembre
  1887,  14  férrier  1893  ct  du  11  avril  1894,
relatils  au  tralie  des  liqueurs  dans  la  mer  du
Nord.

in  so  far  as  concerns

Germany  undertakes  not  to  rekuse  her  assont
to  the  conclusion  by  tho  new  States  of  tho
special  arrangements  relerred  to  in  the  conventions
  and  agreements  relating  to  the  Universal
Postal  Union  and  to  the  International  Telegraphic
  Union,  to  which  the  said  now  States  havo
adhered  or  may  adhere.

Article  294.

From  the  coming  into  force  of  the  present
Treaty  the  High  Contracting  Parties  shall  apply,
in  so  far  as  concerns  them,  the  International
Radio-Telegraphic  Convention  of  Jul)  5,
1912,  on  condition  that  Germany  fulfils  tha
Drovisiondl  regulations  which  will  bo  indicated
to  her  by  tho  Allied-and  Associated  Powers.

II  wilhin  five  years  after  the  coming  into  force
of  tho  present  Trcaty)  a  new  convention
regulating  international  radio-telegraphic  communications
  should  have  been  concluded  to  take  the
placo  of  the  Convention  of  July  5,  1912,  this  new
Convention  shall  bind  Germany,  even  if  Germany
should  refuse  either  to  take  part  in  drawing  up
the  convention,  or  to  subscribe  thereto.

This  new  convention  will  likewise  replace  the
Provisional  regulations  in  force.

Arkiele  285.

From  the  coming  into  force  of  the  present
Treaty,  the  High  Contracting  Parties  shall  apply
them  and  under  the
conditions  stipulated  in  Article  272,  the  conventions
  hereinalter  mentioned:

1.  Tho  Convontions  of  May  6,  1882,  and
February  1,  1889,  regulating  the  fisheries  in  the
North  Sea  outsido  territorial  waters.

2.  Tho  Conventions  and  Protocols  of  November
  16,  1887,  February  14,  1893,  and  April  11,
1894,  regarding  ie  North  Sca  liquor  trafsie.
