Sont  déclarés  internationaux:

PElbe  (Labe)  depuis  le  confluent  de  la
VItava  (Moldau),  et  la  ViItava  (Moldau)
depuis  Prague;

T’Oder  (Odra)  depuis  le  confluent  de  Oppa;

le  Niemen  (Russstrom-Memel-Niemen)  depuis
  Grodno;

le  Danube  depuis  Ulm;

et  toute  partie  navigable  de  ces  résenux
Huviaux  servant  naturellement  d’acchs  à  la  mer  à
plus  d’un  Etat,  avec  ou  sans  transbordement  d'un
bateau  à  un  autre,  ainsi  due  les  canaux  latéraux
et  chenaux  qui  seraient  établis,  soit  pour  doubler
ou  améliorer  des  sections  naturellement  navigables
desdite  réseaut  fluviaux,  soit  pour  réunir  deux
sections  naturellement  navigables  du  meme  cours
d’eau.  «

II  en  sera  de  meme  de  la  voie  navigable  Rhin-Danube

  au  cas  où  cette  voie  serait  construite
dans  les  conditions  fixées  à  T’article  353.

Article  332.

Sur  les  voies  déclarées  internationales  à  Particle
  précédent,  les  ressortissants,  les  biens  et  les
pavillons  de  toutes  les  Puissances  seront  traités
sur  le  pied  d’une  parfaite  égalité,  de  telle  sorte
qu'aucune  distinction  ne  soit  faite,  au  détriment
des  ressortissants,  dos  biens  et  du  pavillon  d’ung

Article  331.
The  following  rivers  are  declared.
national:
the  Elbe  (Labe)  from  its  confluence  with
the  VItavae  (Motdau),  and  the  Vltava
(Moldau)  from  Prague;
the  Oder  (Odra)  from  its  confluence  with
the  Oppa;
the  Niemen
from  Grodno;
the  Danube  from  Ulm;
and  all  navigable  parts  of  these  river  systems
which  naturally  provide  more  than  one  State
with  accese  to  the  sen,  with  or  without  transhipment
  from  one  vessel  to  another;  together  with
lateral  canals  and  channels  constructed  either  to
duplicate  or  to  improve  naturally  navigable  sections
  of  the  specified  river  systems,  or  to  connect
two  naturally  navigable  sockions  of  the  samo

The  same  shall  apply  to  the  Rhine-Danube
navigable  waterway,  should  such  a  waterway  be
constructed  under  the  conditions  laid  down  in
Article  353.

in  the  preceding  Article,  the  nationals,  property
and  flags  of  all  Powers  shall  be  treated.  on  a
