Artiels  341.

L'’Oder  (Odra)  sera  placé  sous  Padministra--tion
  d’une  Commission  internationale  qui  comprendra:


roprésentant  de  la  Pologne;
3  de  la  Prusse;

1  —  de  PEtat  tchéco-slovaque;
1  —  de  la  Grande-Bretagne;.
1  —  de  la  France;

1  —  du  Danemark;

1  —  de  la  Suède.

Si  quelques-uns  de  ces  représentants  ne
peuvent  Ötre  désignés  au  moment  de  la  mise  en  vigueur
  du  présent  Traité,  les  décisions  de  la  Commission
  seront  néanmoins  valables.

Article  342.
Sur  requste  adressée  à  la  Société  des  Nations
par  un  des  Etats  riverains,  le  Niemen  (Russstrom-Memel-Niemen)

  sera  placé  sous  Tadministration.

d'uns  Commission  internationale  qui  comprendra
un  représentent  de  chacun  des  Etats  riverains  et
trois  représentants  Tautres  Etats  désignés  par
la  Société  des  Nations.

Arttele  343.

Les  Commissions  internationales  prévues  aux
articles  340  et  341  se  réuniront  dans  un  délai  de
trois  mois  à  dater  de  la  mise  en  vigueur  du  présent
  Traité.  La  Commission  internationale,
Prévue  à  Tarticle  342,  so  réunira  dans  un  délaide
  trois  mois  à  dater  de  la  requste  adressée  par
un  Etat  riverain.  Chacune  de  ces  Commissions
Procédera  sans  délai  à  T’élaboration  DTun  projer
de  revision  des  accords  internationaux  et  reèglements
  en  vigueur.  Ce  projet  sera  rédigé  en  conformité
  de  la  Convention  générale  mentionnée  à
Partiche  338,  si  cette  Convention  est  déjà  intervenue;
  au  cas  contraire,  le  projet  de  revision  sera
établi  en  conformité  des  principes  posés  dans  les
articles  332  à  837  ci-dessus.

Article  341.

The  Oder  (Odra)  shall  be  placed  under  the
administration  of  an  International  Commission,
which  shall  comprise:

representative  of  Poland;

8  representatives  of  Prussia;

representative  of  the  Czecho-Slovak
State;

representative  of  Great  Britain;

representative  of  France;

representative  of  Denmark;

representative  of  Sweden.

If  certain  of  these  representatives  cannot  be
appointed  at  the  time  of  the  coming  into  force
of  the  present  Treaty,  the  decisions  of  the  Commission
  shall  nevertheless  be  valid.

Arkiele  342.

On  a  request  being  made  to  the  League  of  Nations
  by  any  riparian  State,  the  Niemen  (Russ-"from-Memel-Miemen)
  shall  be  placed  under  the
administration  of  an  International  Commission,
which  shall  comprise  one  representative  of  each
riparian  State,  and  three  representatives  of  other
States  spccified  by  the  League  of  Nations.

Artiele  343.
The  International  Commissions  referred  to  in
Articles  340  and  341  shall  meet  within  three
months  of  the  date  of  the  coming  into  force  of  the
present  Treaty.  The  International  Commission
reforred  to  in  Article  342  shall  meet  within  three
months  from  the  date  of  the  request  made  by  a
riparian  State.  Each  of  these  Commissions  shall
proceed  immediately  to  prepare  a  project  for  the
revision  of  the  existing  international  agreements
and  regulations,  drawn  up  in  conformity  with  the
General  Convention  referred  to  in  Article  368,
should  such  Convention  have  been  already  concluded.
  In  the  absence  of  such  Convention,  the
pProject  for  revision  shall  be  in  conformity  with

the  principles  of  Articles  332  to  337  above.
