Cotte  voie  navigable  sera  placée  sous  lo  meme
régime  administratif  que  le  Rhin  lui-meme,  et  la
répartition  entre  les  Etats  traversés  des  frais  de
premier  établissement,  y  compris  les  indemnités
ci-dessus,  sera  faite  par  les  soins  de  la  Commission
  centrale.

Article  362.

L’'Allemagne  s’engage  des  à  présent  à  ne  faire
aucune  objection  à  toutes  propositions  de  la  Commission
  centrale  du  Rhin  tendant  à  étendre  ga
juridiction:

10  à  la  Moselle,  depuis  la  frontière  francoluxembourgeoise
  jusqu’au  Rhin,  sous  réserve  de
Passentiment  du  Luxembourg;

2°  au  Rhbin,  en  amont  de  Bäle  jusqu’au  lac  de
Constance,  sous  réserve  de  Passentiment  de  la
Suisso;

3e  aux  canaux  latéraux  et  chenaux  dqui
scraient  établis,  soit  pour  doubler  ou  amdliorer
des  sections  naturellement  navigables  du  Rhin  ou
de  la  Moselle,  soit  pour  réunir  deux  sections  naturellement
  navigables  de  ces  cours  Teau,  ainsi
qu’'à  tous  autres  éléments  du  réseau  fluvial  rhénan,
  qui  pourraient  stre-  compris  dans  la  Convention
  générale  prévue  à  Larticle  338  ci-dessus.

CHAPITRE  V.
%cLatrsks  DONNANT  A  L’ETAT  THECO-SLOVAOUE
LUSAGE  DE  PORTS  DU  NORD.
Arktiche  363.

Dans  les  ports  de  Hambourg  et  de  Stettin,
I  Allemagne  donnora  à  bail  à  I'Etat  tchéco-slo--vaque,
  pour  une  Période  do  99  ans,  des  espaces
qui  seront  placés  sous  le  rögime  général  des  zones
franches,  et  qui  seront  aflectés  au  transit  direct
des  marcliandises  on  provenance  ou  à  destination
do  cet  Etat.

Article  364.
La  délimitation  de  ces  espaces,  leur  aménagoement,
  leur  mode  d’oxploitation  et,  en  général,

Articke  362.
Germany  hereby  agrees  to  offer  no  objection
Lto  any  proposals  of  the  Central  Rhine  Commission
  for  extending  its  jurisdiction:

(1)  to  the  Moselle  below  the  Franco-Luxomburg
  frontier  down  to  the  Rhine,  subject  to  tho
consent  of  Luxemburg;

(2)  to  the  Rhine  above  Basle  up  to  the  Lake
of  Constance,  subject  to  the  consent  of  Switzerland:;


(3)  to  the  lateral  canals  and  channels  which
may  be  established  either  to  duplicate  or  to  im-Prove
  naturally  navigable  sections  of  the  Rbine
or  the  Moselle,  or  to  connect  two  naturally  navigable
  sections  of  these  rivers,  and  also  any
other  parts  of  the  Rhine  river  system  which  may
be  covered  by  the  General  Convention  provided  for
in  Article  338  above.

CHAPTER  V.
CLAUSES  GIVING  TO  THE  CZECIIO-SLOVAK  STATE
TIIE  USE  OF  NORTHERN  PORTS.
Article  363.

In  the  ports  of  Hamburg  and  Stettin  Germany
shall  lease  to  the  Czecho-Slovak  State,  for  a
period  of  99  years,  areas,  which  shall  be  placed
under  the  general  régimo  of  free  zones,  and  shall
be  used  for  the  direct  transit  of  goods  coming
from  or  going  to  that  State.
