SECITION  IV.

JUCEMENT  DES  LITIGES  ET  REVISION
DES  CIAUSES  PERMANENTES.

Artiche  376.

Les  dissérends  qui  pourront  s'elever  entre  los
Puissances  intéressées  au  sujet  de  Pinterprétation
et  de  Papplication  des  dispositions  qui  préckdent,
soront  réglés  ainsi  du’il  sera  prévu  par  la  Société
des  Nations.

Arkticke  377.

A  tout  moment,  la  Société  des  Nations  pourra
Droposer  la  revision  de  ceux  des  articles  ci-dessus
qui  ont  trait  à  un  régime  administratif  permanent.


Article  3978.

A  Texpiration  d’un  délai  de  eind  ans  à  dater
de  la  mise  on  vigucur  du  présent  Traité,  les  dispositions
  des  articles  321  à  330,  332,  365,  467  à
369  pourront,  à  tout  moment,  stre  rovisées  har  le
Conseil  de  la  Sociétó  des  Nations.

A  defaut  de  revision,  le  bénélice  d’une  auelconque
  des  stipulations  contenues  dans  les  articles
  Cnumérés  ci-dessus  ne  pourra,  à  Pexpiration
du  délai  prévu  au  paragraphe  précédent,  ötro  réclamé
  par  une  des  Puissances  alliées  et  associées
on  faveur  d’une  portion  quelconque  de  ses  terricoires
  Dour  laquelle  la  réciprocité  no  sernit  pas
a#ccordée.  Le  délai  de  cind  ans,  pendant  lenuel  la
reciprocité  ne  pourra  pas  stre  exigée,  pourra  étre
prolongé  par  le  Conseil  de  la  Société  des  Nalions.

SECTITLON  V.
DISPOSTTION  PARTICUIIRE.

Article  379.
Sans  préjudice  des  obligations  particulières
qui  lui  sont  imposées  par  le  présent  Traité  au
Proßt  des  Puissances  alliées  et  associées,  I'Allemagno

générale  concernant  lo  régime  international  du

Article  376.

Dispules  which  may  ariso  between  interested
Powers  with  regard  to  the  interpretation  and
application  of  tbe  preceding  Articles  shall  be
settled  as  provided  by  the  League  of  Nations.

Arkiele  377.
At  any  time  the  League  of  Nations  may
recommend  the  revision  ol  such  of  these  Articles
as  relato  to  a  permancnt  administrative  régime.

Artiele  378.

The  stipulations  in  Articles  321  to  330,  332,
365,  and  367  to  369  shall  be  subject  to  revision
by  tho  Council  of  the  League  of  Nations  at  any
time  after  five  years  from  the  coming  into  force
of  the  present  Treaty.

Failing  such  revision,  no  Allied  or  Associated
Power  can  claim  akter  the  expiration  of  the  above
period  of  flve  years  the  bencfit  of  any  of  ihe
stipulations  in  the  Articles  enumerated  above  on
behalf  of  any  portion  of  its  territories  in  which
reciprocity  is  not  accorded  in  respect  of  such
stipulations.  The  period  of  fve  years  during  which
reciprocity  cannot  be  demanded  may  be  prolonged
by  the  Council  of  the  League  of  Nations.

sECTON  v.
SPECTAL,  PROVISION.
Article  379.

Without  prejudice  to  the  special  obligations
imposed  on  her  by  the  present  Treaty  for  the
benefit  of  the  Allied  and  Associated  Powers,
Germany  undertakes  to  adhere  to  any  Genoral
Conventions  regarding  tho  internalional  régime
