ORGANISATION.

Arkiele  397.

I1  est  fondé  une  organisation  permanente
chargée  de  travailler  à  la  réalisation  du  programme
  exposé  dans  le  préambule.

Les  Nembres  originaires  de  la  Société  des  Nations
  seront  Membres  originaires  de  cette  organisation,
  ct,  désormais,  la  qualité  de  membre  de  la
Société  des  Nations  entrainera  colle  de  membre  de
ladite  organisation.

Artiele  368.
D'organisation  permanente  comprendra:
1  Une  Conférence  générale  des  représentants
des  membres;
2%  Un  burcau  international  du  Travail  sous  la
direciion  du  Conseil  #’administration  prévu
à  T’article  393.

Arklele  389.

La  Conférence  générale  des  représentants  des
Membres  tiendra  des  sessions  chaque  fois  quebesoin
  sera  et,  au  moins,  une  fois  par  an.  Elle
sera  composée  de  qduatre  représentants  de  chucun
des  Membres  dont  deux  seront  les  Délégués  du
Gourvernement  et  dont  les  deux  autres  roprésenteront
  rospectivement,  d’uno  part,  les  emplo-Feurs,
  d'autre  part,  les  travailleurs  ressorlissant
à  chacun  des  Membres.

Chaque  Délégué  pourra  étre  accompagné  par
des  conscillers  techniques  dont  lo  nombre  pourra
ötre  de  deux  au  plus  pour  chacune  des  matières
distinctes  inscrites  à  Pordro  du  jour  do  la  session.
Quand  des  questions  intéressant  spécialement  des
femmes  doivent  venir  en  discussion  à  la  Conférence,
unc  au  moins  parmi  les  personnes  désignées  comme
conscillers  techniques  devra  stre  uno  femme.

Los  NMembres  s'engagent  à  désigner  les  délégucs
  ct  conseillers  techniques  non  gouvernemenlaux

CHAPTER  I.
ORCANISATION.

Article  397.

A  permanent  organisation  is  hereby  estab-Lished
  for  the  promotion  of  the  objects  sot  forth
in  the  Preamble.

The  original  Members  of  tho  Leaguc  of
Nations  shall  be  the  original  Members,  of  this
organisation,  and  hereafter  membership  of  the
League  of  Nations  shall  carry  with  it  membership
of  the  said  organisation.

Articke  368.
The  permanent  organisation  shall  consist  of:
(1)  a  General  Conferonce  of  Represcntatives
of  the  Members  and,
(2)  an  Inrernational  Labour  Offee  controlled
by  the  Governing  Body  described
in  Article  893.

Article  389.

The  meetings  of  the  General  Conference  of
Lepresentativos  of  the  Members  shall  be  held
from  time  to  time  as  occasion  may  require,  and  at
least  once  in  every  year.  It  shall  bo  composcch
of  four  Ropresentatives  of  each  of  tho  Members,
of  whom  two  shall  be  Government  Delegates  and
the  two  others  shall  be  Delegates  reprcsonting
respectively  the  employers  and  the  workpeople
ol  each  of  the  Members.

Eneh  Dolegate  may  be  accompanied  by
advisers,  who  shall  not  excoed  two  in  number  for
each  item  on  the  agonda  of  the  mecoting.  When
questions  specially  allecting  women  are  to  bo
considered  by  the  Conference,  onc  at  least  of  the
advisers  should  be  a  woman.

The  Membors  undertako  to  nominate  non-Goverrmont
  Delegates  and  advisers  chosen  in
agreement  with  the  industrial  organisations,  il
