Il  sera  chargé  de  Dréparer  Pordre  du  jour  des
scssions  de  la  Conférence.

Il  s#acquittera,  en  conformité  des  stipulations
de  la  présente  Partie  du  présent  Traité,  des
devoirs  qui  lui  incombent  en  ce  qui  concerne  tous
dillérends  internationaux.

Il  rédigera  et  publiera  en  français,  en  anglais,
ct  dans  telle  autre  langue  due  le  Conseil
d’administration  jugera  convenable,  un  bulletin
Lériodique  consacré  à  I'stude  des  qucstions
concernant  l’industrie  et  le  travail  et  présentant
un  intérèt  international.

D’unc  manidre  générale  il  aura,  en  sus  des
fonctions  indiquées  au  présent  article,  tous  autres
pouvoirs  et  fonctions  due  la  Conférence  jugora
à  propos  de  lui  attribuer.

Arktiele  397.

Les  ministeres  des  Membres  qui  s'occupent  des
questions  ouvrières  pourront  communiquer
directement  avec  le  Directcur  par  Pintermédiaire
du  représentant  de  leur  Gouvernement  au  Conseil
d’administration  du  Bureau  international  du
Travail,  ou,  à  défaut  de  ce  représentant,  par
Tintermdiaire  de  tel  autre  fonctionnaire  düment
qualifié  et  déesigné  à  cet  effet  par  le  Gouvernement
intéressé.

Artiecle  396.

Le  Bureau  international  du  Travail  pourra
demander  le  concours  du  Secrétaire  général  de  la
Société  des  Nations  pour  toutes  questions  à
Toccasion  desquelles  ce  concours  pourra  etre
donné.

Chacun  des  Membres  payera  les  frais  de
voyage  et  de  séjour  de  ses  délégués  et  de  leurs
conseillers  techniques  ainsi  due  de  ses  représen--lants
  prenant  part  aux  sessions  de  la  Conféronco
et  du  Conseil  d’administration  sclon  les  cas.

Tous  autres  frais  du  Burcau  international  du
Travail,  des  sessions  de  la  Conférence  ou  de  celles
du  Conseil  d'administration,  seront  remboursés  au

It  will  prepare  the  agenda  for  the  meetings  of
the  Conference.

It  will  carry  out  the  duties  required  of  it  by
the  provisions  of  this.  Part  of  the  present  Treaty
in  connection  with  international  disputes-.

It  will  edit  and  publish  in  French  and  English,
and  in  such  other  languages  as  the  Governing
Body  may  think  desirable,  a  periodical  paper
dealing  with  problems  of  industry  and
employment  of  international  interest.

Generally,  in  addition  to  the  functions  set  out
in  this  Article,  it  shall  have  such  other  powers
and  duties  as  may  be  assigned  to  it  by  the
Conference.

Arkichlo  397.

The  Government  Departments  of  any  of  the
Members  which  deal  with  qvestions  of  industry
and  employment  may  communicate  directly  with
the  Director  through  the  Representative  ol  their
Government  on  the  Governing  Body  of  tho  International
  Labour  Office,  or  failing  any  such
Representative,  through  such  other  dqualificd
official  as  the  Government  may  nominate  for  the
Durpose.

Arriele  999.

The  International  Labour  Office  shall  be
entitled  to  the  assistance  of  the  Soeretury-General
  of  the  Lcague  of  Nations  in  any  maltor
in  which  it  can  be  given.

Articke  399.

Each  of  the  Mombers  will  pay  tho  travelling
and  subsistence  expenses  of  its  Delegates  and
their  advisers  and  of  its  Ropresentatives
attending  the  meelings  of  the  Conference  or
Governing  Body,  as  the  case  may  be.

Au  the  other  expenses  of  the  International
