Artiele  415.

Le  Secrétaire  général  de  la  Société  des  Nations
  communiquera  le  rapport  de  la  Commission
denquste  à  chacun  des  Gouvernecments  intéressés
dans  le  différend  et  en  assurera  la  publication.

Chacun  des  Gouvernements  intéressés  devra.
signisier  au  Scerétaire  général  de  la  Société  dos
Nations,  dans  le  délai  d’un  mois,  s'’il  accepte  ou
non  les  recommandations  contenues  dans  le  rapport
  de  la  Commission,  et,  au  cas  où  il  no  les
accepte  pas,  &amp;'’il  désiro  soumettre  le  différend  à
la  Cour  permanente  de  justico  internationale  de
la  Société  des  Nations.

Article  416.  -

Dans  lo  cas  on  l'un  des  Membres  ne  prendrait
Das,  relativement  à  une  recommandation  ou  à
un  projot  de  Convention,  los  mesures  proscritos
a  Particle  405,  tout  autre  Membro  aura  le  droit
d'en  rélérer  à  Ia  Cour  permanente  de  justice  internationalo.


Artfele  417.

La  décision  de  la  Cour  permanente  de  justice
internationale  concernant  une  plainte  ou  uno
duestion  qui  lui  aurait  été  soumise  conformsment
  aux  articles  415  ou  416  ne  sera  pas  susceptible
  d'appel.

Article  418.

Les  conclusions  ou  recommandations  Gventuelles
  de  la  Commission  d’enquète  pourront  étro
confirmées,  amendées  ou  annulées  par  la  Cour
bermanento  do  justice  internationale,  laduclle
devra,  lo  cas  échéant,  indiquer  les  sanctions
d’ordre  6conomiquc,  du’elle  croirait  convenablo
de  prendro  à  Tencontre  d'un  Gouvernement  en
faute,  et  dont  Papplication  par  les  autros  Gouvernements
  lui  parastrait  justilüce.

Article  415.

The  Secretary-General  of  the  League  of
Nations  shall  commmnicate  the  report  of  tho
Commission  of  Enquiry  to  cach  ok  the  Governments
  concerned  in  the  complaint,  and  shall
cause  it  to  be  published.

Each  of  these  Governments  shall  within  ono
month  inform  the  Secretary-General  of  tho
League  of  Nations  whether  or  not  it  accepts  tho
recommendations  contained  in  tho  report  of  tho
Commission;  and  il  not,  whether  it  proposes  to
refer  the  complaint  to  the  Permanent  Court  ot
International  Justice  of  the  League  of  Nations.

Artiecle  416.

In  the  event  of  any  Member  failing  to  tako
the  action  required  by  Article  405,  with  regard
to  a  recommendation  or  draft  Convention,  any
other  Member  shall  be  entitled  to  rofer  the
mattor  to  the  Permanent  Court  of  International
Justice.

Articke  417.

The  decision  of  the  Permanent  Court  of  International
  Justice  in  rogard  to  a  complaint  or
matter  which  has  been  referred  to  it  in  pursuance
of  Article  415  or  Article  416  shall  be  final.  «

Article  418.

Tho  Permanent  Court  of  International  Juslico
may  affirm,  vary  or  roverse  any  of  tho  findings  or
recommoendations  of  the  Commission  of  Enquirrx,
if  any,  and  shall  in  its  decision  indicate  tho
moeasurcs,  if  any,  of  an  economic  charactor  which
it  considers  to  bo  appropriato,  and  which  oiher
Governmonts  would  be  justified  in  adopling.
