Les  Hautes  Parties  Contraztantes,  reconnaissant

  due  le  bien-ötre  physique,  moral  et  intellectuel
  des  travailleurs  sölariés  est  d’une
importance  essentielle  au  point  de  vuo  international,
  ont  Stabli  pour  parvenir  à  ce  but  dlevé,
Torganisme  permanent  prévu  à  la  Section  I  et
assccié  à  colui  de  la  Socisté  des  Nations.

Elles  reconnaissent  qduc  les  differences  do
climat,  de  mœurs  et  T’usages,  d'opportunits
éGconomique  et  de  tradition  industrielle  rendent
dillcilo  à  atteindre,  d'une  manière  immeciate,

The  High  Contracting  Parties,  recognising
that  the  wellbeing,  physical,  moral  and
intellectual,  of  industrial  wage-earners  is  of
supremo  international  importance,  have  framed,  in

machinery  provided  for  in  Scction  I  and  associated
with  that  of  the  Leaguc  of  Nations.
