PARTIEE  XV.
CLAUSES  DIVERSES.

Article  434.

L'Allemagne  s’engage  à  reconnnaftre  la  pleine
valeur  des  Traités  de  Paix  et  Conventions  additionnelles,
  qui  seront  conclus  par  les  Puissances
allices  et  associées,  avec  les  Puissances  ayant
combattu  aux  Ccötés  de  PAllecmagne,  à  agréer  les
dispositions  qui  seront  prises  concernant  les
territoires  de  Pancienne  Monarchie  d-Autriche-Hongrie,
  du  Royaume  de  Bulgarie  et  de  IEmpire
Ottoman,  et  à  reconnaftre  les  nouveaux  Etats
dans  les  frontières  qdui  leur  sont  ainsi  fiuées.

Articke  435.

Les  Hautes  Parties  Contractantes,  tout  on

reconnaissant  les  garanties  stipulées  en  faveur
de  la  Suisse  par  les  Traités  de  1815  et  notamment
  IActe  du  20  novembre  1815,  garanties  qdui
constituent  des  engagements  internationaux  pour
le  maintien  de  la  Paix,  constatent  cependant  qdue
les  stipulations  de  ces  traités  et  conventions,
déclarations  et  autres  actes  complémentaires
relatifs  à  Ja  zone  neutralisée  de  Savoie,  telle
qu’'elle  est  déterminée  par  I’alinéa  1  de  Tarticle
92  de  I’Acte  final  du  Congrèes  de  Vienne  et  par
Palinéa  2  de  Tarticle  3  du  Traité  de  Paris  du
20  novembre  1815,  ne  correspondent  plus  aux
circonstances  actuelles.  En  conséquence,  les

Hautes  Parties  Contractantes  prennent  acte  de

Paccord  intervenu  entre  le  Gouvernement  francçais
  et  le  Gouvernement  suisse  pour  T’abrogation
des  stipulations  relatives  à  cette  zone  qui  sont
et  demeurent  abrogées.

Los  Hautes  Parties  Contractantes  reconnaissent
  de  memo  quo  les  stipulations  des  Traités  de
1815  et  des  autres  actes  complémentaires  rela-PART

MISCELLANEOUS  PROVISTONS

Arktele  434.

Germany  undertakes  to  recognise  the  full  forcs
of  the  Treaties  of  Peacs  and  Additional  Conventions
  which  may  be  concluded  by  the  Allied
and  Associated  Powers  with  the  Powers  who
fought  on  the  side  of  Germanx  and  to  recogniee
whatever  dispositions  may  be  made  concerning  the
territories  of  the  former  Austro-Hungarian
Monarchy,  of  the  Kingdom  of  Bulgaria  and  of  the
Ottoman  Empire,  and  to  recognize  the  new  States.
within  their  frontiers  as  there  laid  down.

Arktele  435.

The  High  Contracting  Parties,  while  they
recognize  the  guarantees  stipulated  by  the  Treaties
of  1815,  and  especially  by  tbe  Act  of  November
  20,  1815,  in  favour  of  Switzerland,  the  said
guarantees  constituting  international  obligations
for  the  maintenance  of  peace,  declare  nevertheless
that  the  provisions  of  these  treaties,  conventions,
declarations  and  other  supplementary)  Acts
concerning  the  neutralized  zone  of  Savoy,  as  laid
down  in  paragraph  1  of  Artide  92  of  the  Final
Act  of  the  Congress  of  Vienna  and  in  paragraph  2
of  Article  3  of  the  Treaty  of  Paris  of  November
  20,  1815,  are  no  longer  consistent  with
present  conditions.  For  this  reason  the  High
Contracting  Parties  take  mnote  of  the  agrocment
reached  between  the  French  Government  and  the
Swiss  Goverrment  for  the  abrogation  of  the
stipulations  relating  to  this  zone  which  are  and
remain  abrogated.

The  High  Contracting  Parties  also  agreo
that  the  stipulations  of  tbe  Treaties  of  1815

and  of  the  other  supplementary  Acts  concerning
