Les  armées  Toccupation  pourront  continuer,
dans  des  bute  militaires,  à  se  servir  de  toutes  les
installations  télégraphiques  et  téléphoniques
Eristantes.

Les  armées  d’occupation  continueront  6galement
  à  exercer  le  droit  d’installer  des  lignes  militaires
  télégraphiques  et  téléphoniqucs,  des
etations  de  télégraphie  sans  fil  et  de  tous  autres
royens  analogues  de  communication  qui  leur
Faraitront  nécessaires.  Dans  ce  but,  elles  pourwont,
  sous  réserve  de  Tapprobation  de  la  Haute
Commission,  entrer  dans  wimporte  duel  lien  publio
privé  et  Toccuper.  «

Le  personnel  des  télégraphes  et  téléphones
zutlics  continuera  à  obéir  aux  ordres  donnés,  pour
###  buts  militaires,  par  le  Commandant  en  chef
##  armées  alliées  et  asscciées.

Les  télégrammes  et  messages  de  ou  pour  les
torités  allices  ou  associées  ou  la  Haute  Com-Wission
  et  Tun  caractere  officiel  auront  la  priorité
nur  toutes  les  autres  communications  et  seront
#  D#diée  gratuitement.  Les  autorités  militaires
lliées  et  associées  auront  le  droit  de  contröler
Terdro  dans  lequel  les  communications  seront
Kansmises.

Aucune  installation  de  télégraphie  sans  fil  ne
rourra  etre  stablie  par  les  autorités  ou  les  habitants
  des  territoires  occupés  sans  une  autorisation
P###lable  des  autorités  militaires  alliées  et
ans#dciées.

Arkicke  72.

Le  personnel  du  Service  des  Postes  obéira  à
tous  ordres  donnés  par  le  Commandant  en  chef
des  armécs  allices  et  associées  ou  son  représentant,
  dans  des  buts  militaires.  Lo  Service  postal
Public  continuera  sous  la  direction  des  autorités
eallemandes,  stant  entendu  qufaucune  atteinte  ne
eera  apportée  aux  services  postaux  militaires

Artiele  11.

The  Armies  of  Occupation  may  continue  to
use  for  military  purposes  all  existing  telegraphio
and  telephonic  installatione.

The  Armies  of  Occupation  shall  also  have  the
right  to  continue  to  install  and  use  militar?
telegraph  and  telephone  lines.  wircless  stations
and  all  other  similar  means  of  communication
which  may  appear  to  them  expedient.  For  this
Durpose,  subject  to  the  approval  of  the  Bigh
Commission,  they  may  enter  upon  and  occupy
any  land,  whether  public  or  private.

The  personnel  of  the  public  telegraph  and
telephone  services  shall  continue  to  obey  the
orders  of  the  Commander-in-Chicf  of  the  Allied
and  Associatech  Armies  given  for  military
Purposes.

Telegrams  and  messages  to  or  from  the  Allied

and  Aesociated  authorities  and  the  High  Com--mission

  and  of  an  official  nature  shall  be  entitled
to  priority  over  all  other  communications  and
aball  be  despatched  free  of  charge.  The  Allicd  and
Associated  military  authorities  shall  have  the
right  to  supervise  the  order  in  which  such
ommaunications  are  transmitted.  '

No  wireless  telegraphy  installations  shall  be
allowed  to  be  erected  by  the  authorities  or  by  the
tndabitants  of  the  occupied  territory  without
previous  authorisation  by  the  Allied  and  Assoeiated
  military  authorities.

Arkiele  12.

The  personnel  of  the  postal  service  shall  ober
any  ordere  given  by  or  on  bebalf  of  the  Commander-in-Chief
  of  the  Allied  and  Associated
Armies  for  military  purposes.  The  public  postal
service  shall  continuo  to  be  carried  out  by  the
German  authoritios,  but  this  shall  not  in  any
way  affect  the  retention  of  the  military  postal
