L'Allemagne  s'engage  à  reconnaftre  les  dispo-Sitions
  que  les  Principales  Puissances  alliées  et
asscciées  prendront  relativement  à  ces  territoeires,
notamment  en  ce  qui  concerne  la  nationalité  des
habitants.

SECTION  XI.
VILLE  LIBRE  DE  DANTZIG.

Article  100.

L'Allemagne  renonce,  en  faveur  des  Principales
Puissances  alliées  et  asscciées,  à  tous  droits  et  titres
sur  le  territoire  Compris  dans  les  limites  ci-apres:

de  la  mer  Baltique,  vers  le  Sud  et  jusqu’au  point
de  rencontre  des  chenaux  de  navigation  princi-Paux
  de  la  Nogat  et  de  la  Vistule  (Weichselh:

la  frontière  de  la  Prusse  Orientale  telle  qu’elle
est  decrite  à  T’article  28  de  la  Partie  II  (Frontieres
d’Allemagne)  du  présent  Traité;

de  là,  le  chenal  de  navigation  principal  de  la
Vistule  vers  I’aval  et  jusqufa  un  point  situs  à
Sviron  6  kilomstres  5  du  Nord  du  pont  de  Dirschau;


de  là,  vers  le  Nord-Ouest  et  jusqu'à  la  cote  5
située  à  1  kilometre  5  au  Sud-Est  de  D’église  de
Güttland:

une  ligne  à  déterminer  sur  le  terrain;

de  là,  vers  I’Ouest  et  jusqu'au  saillant  fait  par
la  limite  du  cercle  Berent,  à  8  kilométres  5  au
Nord-Est  de  Schöneck:

une  ligne  à  déterminer  sur  le  terrain,  passant
entre  Mühlbanz,  au  Sud,  et  Rambeltsch,  au  Nord;

de  K,  vers  I’Ouest,  la  limite  du  cercle  Berent
jusqu'’au  rentrant  qu’elle  fait  à  6  kilometres  au
Nord-Nord-Ouest  de  Schöneck;

de  R  et  jusqu'à  un  point  situé  sur  la  ligne  médiane
  du  Lonkener  Seei

une  ligne  à  déterminer  sur  le  terrain,  passant
au  Nord  de  Neu  Fietz  et  Schatarpi  et  au  Sud  de
Barenhütte  et  Lonken;

de  Ià,  la  ligne  médiane  du  Lonkener  See,  jusqu’'à
  son  extrémité  Nord;

de  Ià,  et  jusqu'fà  extrémité  Sud  du  Pollenziner
See:i
une  ligne  à  déterminer  sur  le  terrain;

de  Ià,  la  ligne  méediane  du  Pollenziner  See  jusqu'à
  son  extrémité  Nord;

de  Ià,  vers  le  Nord-Est  et  jusqu’au  point  situs
à  1  kilometre  environ  au  Sud  de  Téglise  de  Koliebken,
  où  la  voie  ferrée  Dantzig-Neustadt  traverse
  un  ruisseau:

in  so  far  as  concerns  the  nationality  ef  the  inhabitants.


SECTLON  XI.
FREE  CITV  OF  DANZIG.

Article  100.

Germany  renounces  in  favour  of  the  Principal
Allied  and  Associated  Powers  all  rights  and  title
over  the  territory  comprised  within  the  following
limits:

from  the  Baltic  Sea  southwards  to  the  point
where  the  principal  channels  of  navigation  of  the
Nogat  and  the  Vistula  (Weichsel)  meet:

the  boundary  of  East  Prussia  as  described  in
Article  28  of  Part  II  (Boundaries  of  Germany)
of  the  present  Treaty;

thence  the  principal  channel  of  navigation  of
the  Vistula  downstream  to  a  point  about  6½  kilometres
  north  of  the  bridge  of  Dirschau;

thence  north-west  to  peint  5,  L/4.  kilometres
south-east  of  the  church  of  Güttland:

a  line  to  be  fixed  on  the  ground:;

thence  in  a  general  westerly  direction  to  the
salient  made  by  the  boundary  of  the  Kreis  of
Berent  8½  kilometres  north-east  of  Schöneck:

a  line  to  be  fixed  on  the  ground  passing  between
Mülbans  on  the  south  and  Rambeltsch  on  the
north;

thence  the  boundary  of  the  Kreis  of  Berent
westwards  to  the  re-entrant  which  it  forms  6  kilometres
  north-north-west  of  Schöneck;

thence  to  a  point  on  the  median  line  of  Lonkener
  Seei

à  line  to  be  fixed  on  the  ground  passing  north
of  Neu  Fietz  and  Schatarpi  and  south  of  Barenhütte
  and  Lonken;

Z  thence  the  median  line  of  Lonkener  See  to
its  northernmost  point;

thence  to  the  scuthern  end  of  Pollenziner  Seei

a  line  to  be  fixed  on  the  ground;

thence  the  median  line  of  Pollenziner  See  to
its  northernmost  poeint;

thence  in  a  north-easterly  direction  to  à  point
about  1  kilometre  scuth  of  Koliebken  church,
where  the  Danzig-Neustadt  railway  crosses  à.
