Article  132.

L'Allemagne  accepte  l'abrogation  des  contrats
obtenus  du  Gouvernement  chinois,  en  vertu  desquels
  les  Concessions  allemandes  à  Han-Kécu  et  à
Tien-Tsin  sont  actuellement  tenues.

La  Chine,  remise  en  possession  du  plein  exercice
de  ses  droits  souverains  sur  lesdits  terrains,  déclare
son  intention  de  les  ouvrir  à  l'usage  de  résidence
internationale  et  du  commerce.  Elle  déclare  due
Tabrogation  des  contrats,  en  vertu  desquels  ces
concessions  sont  actuellement  tenues,  ne  doit  pas
affecter  les  droits  de  propriété  des  ressortissants
des  Puissances  alliéces  et  asscociées,  détenteurs  de
lots  dans  ces  concessions.

Article  133.

L’Allemagne  renonce  à  toute  réclamation  contre
le  Gouvernement  chinois  ou  contre  tout  Gouvernement
  allié  ou  assccié,  en  raison  de  Pinternement
on  Chine  de  ressortissants  allemands  et  de  leur
rapatriement.  Elle  renonce  également  à  toute
réclamation  en  raison  de  la  saisie  des  navires  allemands
  en  Chine,  de  la  liquidation,  de  la  mise  sous
aéquestre,  la  disposition  ou  la  mainmise  sur  les
propriétés,  droits  et  intérsts  allemands  dans  ce
Pays  depuis  le  14  acüt  1917.  Cette  disposition
toutefois  ne  doit  pas  affecter  les  droits  des  parties
intéressées  dans  les  produits  d’aucune  de  ces  liuidations,

  ces  droits  Stant  réglés  par  les  dispositions
  de  la  Partie  X  (Clauses  6conomiques)  du
présent  Traité.

Article  134.

L'Allemagne  renonce  en  faveur  du  Gouvernement
  de  Sa  Majesté  Britannique  aux  biens  de
Etat  allemand  dans  la  concession  britannique  de
Shameen,  à  Canton.  Elle  renonce  en  faveur  des
Gouvernements  français  et  chinois  conjointement,
à  la  propriété  de  I’Ecole  allemande  situce  sur  la
concession  française  de  Shanghai.  "«

SECTION  HI.

SIAM.
Article  135.

L-Allemagne  reconnaft  comme  caduos,  depuis  le
22  juillet  1917,  tous  traités,  conventions  ou  accords
passés  par  elle  avec  le  Siam,  ensemble  les  droits,
titres  ou  privileges  pouvant  en  résulter,  ainsi  qu'à
tout  droit  de  juridiction  consulaire  au  Siam.

Article  136.

Tous  biens  et  propriétés  de  I’Empire  ou  des
Etats  allemands  au  Siam,  à  ’exception  des  bätiments
  employés  comme  résidences  ou  bureaux
diplomatiques  ou  consulaires,  seront  acquis  de
hiein  drolt  au  Gouvernement  siamois,  Sans  inemnité.



Les  biens,  propriétés  et  droits  privés  des  ressortissants
  allemands  au  Siam  seront  traités  conformément
  aux  stipulations  de  la  Partie  X  (Clauses
économiques)  du  présent  Traité.

Article  132.

Germany  agrees  to  the  abrogation  of  the  leases
from  the  Chinese  Government  under  which  the
German  Concessions  at  Hankow  and  Tientsin  are
now  held.

China,  restored  to  the  full  exercise  of  her  sovereign
  rights  in  the  above  areas,  declares  her  intention
of  opening  them  to  international  residence  and
trade.  She  further  declares  that  the  abrogation
of  the  leases  under  which  these  concessions  are
now  held  shall  not  affect  the  property  rights
of  nationals  of  Allied  and  Asseciated  Powers
who  are  holders  of  lots  in  these  concessions.

Article  133.

Germany  waives  all  claims  against  the  Chinese
Government  or  against  any  Allied  or  Agssociated
Government  arising  out  of  the  internment  of
German  nationals  in  Cbina  and  their  repatriation.
She  equally  renounces  all  claims  arising  out  of
the  capture  and  condemnation  of  German  ships
in  China,  or  the  liquidation,  sequestration  or
control  of  German  properties,  rights  and  interests
in  that  country  since  August  14,  1917.  This
Provision,  however,  shall  not  affect  tbe  rights
of  the  parties  interested  in  the  proceeds  of  any
such  liquidation,  which  shall  be  governed  by  the
Provisions  of  Part  X  (Economie  Clauses)  of  the
Present  Treaty.

Article  134.

Germany  renounces  in  favour  of  the  Government
  of  His  Britannie  Majesty  the  German
State  property  in  the  British  Concession  at  Shameen
at  Canton.  She  renounces  in  favour  of  the  French
and  Chinese  Governments  conjointly  the  Propert.
of  the  German  school  situated  in  the  Fiencl
Concession  at  Shanghei.

SECTION  III.

SIAM.
Article  135.

Germany  recognises  that  all  treaties,  conventions
  and  agreements  between  her  and  Siam,
and  all  rights,  title  and  privileges  derived  therefrom,
  including  all  rights  of  extraterritorial  jurisdiction,
  terminated  as  from  July  22,  1917.

Article  136.

All  gocds  and  property  in  Siam  belonging  to
the  German  Empire  or  to  any  German  S#ate
with  the  exception  of  premises  used  as  diplomatio
or  Consular  residences  or  offices,  pass  ipso  facto
and  without  compensation  to  the  Siamese  Goverhent.
