Article  204.

Les  Commissions  interallices  de  contröle  seront
  spécialement  chargées  de  surveiller  I’exécution
  régulière  des  livraisons,  des  destructions,  démolitions
  et  mises  hors  d’usage,  prévues  à  la
charge  du  Gouvernement  allemand  par  le  présent
Traité.  ·

  Puissances  alliées  et  associées  se  sont
„ervés  de  prendre  ou  due  I’exécution  des  clauses

Article  205.

Les  commissions  interalliéces  de  contröle  pourront
  installer  leurs  services  au  siège  du  Gouvernement
  central  allemand.

Elles  auront  la  faculté,  aussi  scuvent  qu’elles

le  jugeront  utile,  de  se  rendre  sur  tout  point  quelconque
  du  territoire  allemand,  ou  d'y  envoyer  des
sous-Commissions,  ou  de  charger  un  ou  plusieurs
de  leurs  membres  de  s'y  transporter.

Article  206.

Le  Gouvernement  allemand  devra  donner  aux
Commissions  interallices  de  Ccontröle  et  à  leurs
membres  toutes  facilitées  nécessaires  à  l’accom-Plissement
  de  leur  mission.

II  devra  désigner  un  représentant  qualifié  auprès
  de  chaqgue  Commission  interallice  de  contröle,

avec  mission  de  recevoir  de  celle-ci  les  communications
  qu'elle  aurait  à  adresser  au  Gouvernement
allemand,  et  de  lui  fournir  ou  procurer  tous
renseignements  ou  documents  demandés.

Dans  tous  les  cas,  il  appartiendra  au  Gouver--nement
  allemand  de  fournir  à  ses  frais,  tant  en
Personnel  qu'en  matériel,  les  moyens  d’effec--tuer

  les  livraisons,  destructions,  démantelements,

démolitions  et  mises  hors  d’usage  Prévus  par  le
Présent  Trait.

Article  207.

L'entretien  et  les  frais  des  Commissions  de
contröle  et  les  dépenses  occasionnées  par  leur
fonctionnement  seront  supportés  par  I’Allemagne.

Article  208.

La  Commission  militaire  interalliéce  de  contröle
  représentera  auprés  du  Gouvernement  allemand
  les  Gouvernements  des  Principales  Puissances
  allices  et  associées,  en  tout  ce  qui  concerne
Pexécution  des  clauses  militaires.

Elle  aura  notamment  pour  mission  de  recevoir
du  Gouvernement  allemand  les  notifications  relatives
  à  Pemplacement  des  stocks  et  dépöts  de
munitions,  à  Parmement  des  ouvrages  fortifiés,
forteresses  et  places  fortes  due  I’Allemagne  est
autorisée  à  conserver,  à  Pemplacement  des  usines
ou  fabriques  d’armes,  de  munitions  et  de  matériel
de  guerre  et  à  leur  fonctionnement.

Article  204.

The  Inter-Allied  Commissions  of  Control  will
be  specially  charged  with  the  duty  of  seeing  to
the  complete  execution  of  the  delivery,  destruction,
  demolition  and  rendering  things  useless  to
be  carried  out  at  the  expense  of  the  German  Government
  in  accordance  with  the  present  Treaty.

They  will  Ccommunicate  to  the  German  authorities
  the  decisions  which  the  Principal  Allied
and  Asscciated  Powers  have  reserved  the  right
to  take,  or  which  the  execution  of  the  military,
naval  and  air  clauses  may  necessitate.

Article  205.

The  Inter-Allied  Commissions  of  Control  may
establish  their  organisations  at  the  seat  of  the
central  German  Government.

They  shall  be  entitled  as  often  as  they  think
desirable  to  proceed  to  any  point  whatever  in
German  territory,  or  to  send  sub-Ccommissions,
or  to  authorize  one  or  more  of  their  members
to  go,  to  any  such  point.

Article  206.

The  German  Government  must  give  all  necessary
  facilities  for  the  accomplishment  of  their
missions  to  the  Inter-Allied  Commissions  of  Control
  and  to  their  members.

It  shall  attach  a  dualified  representative  to  each
Inter-Allied  Commissionof  Control  for  the  purposeof
receiving  the  communications  which  the  Commission
may  have  to  address  to  the  German  Governmentand
of  supplying  or  Procuring  for  the  Commission  all
information  or  documents  which  may  be  required.

The  German  Government  must  in  all  cases
furnish  at  its  own  cost  all  labour  and  material
required  to  effect  the  deliveries  and  the  works  of
destruction,  dismantling,  demolition,  and  of  rendering
  things  useless,  provided  for  in  the  present
  Treaty.  «-Article

  207.

The  upkeep  and  cost  of  the  Commissions  of
Control  and  the  expenses  involved  by  their  work
shall  be  borne  by  Germany.

Article  208.  ·

The  Military  Inter-Allied  Commission  of  Control
  will  represent  the  Government  of  the  Principal
  Allied  and  Associated  Powers  im  dealing
with  the  German  Government  in  all  matters  con-Cerning
  the  execution  of  the  military  clauses.

In  particular  it  will  be  its  duty  to  receive  from
the  German  Government  the  notifications  relating
to  the  location  of  the  stocks  and  depots  of  munitions,
  the  armament  of  the  fortified  works,  fortresses
  and  forts  which  Germany  is  allowed  to  retain,
and  the  location  of  the  works  or  factories  for  the
Production  of  arms,  munitions  and  war  materiaand
  their  operations.
