pour  s'assurer  de  la  compléte  exécution  des  clauses,

dronautiques,  notamment  un  état  numérique
du  personnel  appartenant  à  tous  les  services

aéronautiques  allemands,  ainsi  que  du  matéeriel

existant,  en  fabrication  ou  en  commande,  une  liste
complète  de  tous  les  établissements  travaillant
pour  I’aéronautique,  de  leurs  emplacements  et  de
tous  les  hangars  et  terrains  d’atterrissage.

SECTION  V.
CLAUSES  GENERALES

Article  211.

A  ’expiration  d’un  délai  de  trois  mois  à  dater
  de  la  mise  en  vigueur  du  présent  Traité,  la
-Eégislation  allemande  derra  avoir  6té6  modifiée  et
devra  ötre  maintenue  par  le  Gouvernement  allemand
  en  conformité  de  la  présente  Partie  du  présent
  Traité.

Dans  le  méme  délai,  toutes  les  mesures  administratives
  ou  autres  relatives  à  I’exécution  des
dispositions  de  la  présente  Partie  devront  avoir
été  prises  par  le  Gouvernement  allemand.

Article  212.

Les  dispositions  suivantes  de  IArmistice  du
11  novembre  1918,  savoir:  T’article  VI,  les  paragraphes
  un,  deux,  six  et  sept  de  I’article  VII,  Larticle
  IX,  les  clauses  I,  II  et  V  de  IAnnexe  n“  2,
ainsi  que  le  Protocole  en  date  du  4  avril  1919
additionnel  à  I’  Armistice  du  11  novembre  1918,
restent  en  vigueur  en  tant  qdue  ces  dispositions  ne
sont  pas  contraires  aux  stipulations  qui  précedent.

Article  213.

Aussi  longtemps  qdue  le  présent  Traité  restera.
en  vigueur,  IAllemagne  s'engage  à  se  prster  à
toute  investigation,  que  le  Conseil  de  la  Société
des  Nations,  votant  à  la  majorité,  jugerait  né-Cessaire.

SECTITON  V.
GENERAL  ARTICLES.

Article  211.

After  the  expiration  of  a  period  of  three  months
from  the  coming  into  force  of  the  present  Treaty,
the  German  laws  must  have  been  modified  and
shall  be  maintained  by  the  German  Government
in  conformity  with  this  Part  of  the  present  Treaty.

Within  the  same  period  all  the  admimistrative
or  other  measures  relating  to  the  execution  of
this  Part  of  the  Treaty  must  have  been  taken.

Article  212.

TDhe  following  portions  of  the  Armistice  of
November  11,  1918:  Article  VI,  the  first  two  and
the  sixth  and  seventh  Harapb  of  Article  VII;
Article  IX;  Clauses  I,  II  and  V  of  Annex  no  2,
and  the  Protocol,  dated  April  4,  1919,  supplementing
  the  Armistice  of  November  11,  1918,
remain  in  force  so  far  as  they  are  not  inconsistent
with  the  above  stipulations.

Article  213.

So  long  as  the  present  Treaty  remains  in  force,
Germany  undertakes  to  give  every  facility  for
any  investigation  which  the  Council  of  the  League
of  Nations,  acting  if  need  be  by  a  majority  vote,
may  consider  necessary.
