Article  283.

From  the  coming  into  force  of  the  present
Treaty  the  High  Contracting  Parties  shall  apply
the  conventions  and  agreements  hereinafter  mentioned,
  in  so  far  as  concerns  them,  on  condition
that  the  special  stipulations  contained  in  this
Article  are  fulfilled  by  Germany.
