Reglement  et  tarifs  arrétés  par  la  Conférence
télégraphique  internationale  de  Lisbonne  le  11  juin
1908.

L'Allemagne  s'engage  à  ne  pas  refuser  son  consentement
  à  la  conclusion  avec  les  nouveaux  Etats
des  arrangements  spéciaux  prévus  par  les  conventions
  et  arrangements  relatifs  à  I'Union  postale
universelle  et  à  IUnion  télégraphique  internationale,
  dont  lesdits  nouveaux  Etats  font  partie  ou
auxquels  iüs  adhéreront.

Article  284.

Des  la  mise  en  vigueur  du  présent  Traité,  les
Hautes  Parties  Contractantes  appliqueront  de
nouveau,  en  tant  qu’elle  les  concerne,  la  Convention
  radio-téléegraphique  internationale  du
5  juillet  1912,  sous  condition  de  I’application  par
Ii  Allemagne  des  regles  provisoires,  qui  lui  seront
indiquées  par  les  Puissances  alliées  et  asscciées.

Si,  dans  les  cinqd  années  qui  suivront  la  mise
en  vigueur  du  présent  Traité,  une  nouvelle  convention
  réglant  les  relations  radio-télégraphiques
internationales  vient  à  étre  conclue  en  remplacement
  de  la  convention  du  5  juillet  1912,  cette
nouvelle  convention  liera  I’Allemagne,  méme  au
oas  où  celle-ci  aurait  refusé  soit  de  participer  à
I’Saboration  de  la  convention,  soit  d'y  souscrire.

Cette  nouvelle  convention  remplacera  é6galement
les  regles  provisoires  en  vigueur.

Article  285.

Des  la  mise  en  vigueur  du  présent  Traité,  les
Hautes  Parties  Contractantes  appliqueront,  en
tant  qu’'elles  les  concernent,  et  sous  la  condition
stipulce  à  Farticle  272,  les  conventions  ci-apres
désignées:

1°  Conventions  des  6  mai  1882  et  ler  février
1889  en  vue  de  réglementer  la  pöche  dans  la  mer
du  Nord,  en  dehors  des  eaux  territoriales;

2°  Les  Conventions  et  Protocoles  des  16  novembre
  1887,  14  février  1893  et  du  11  avril  1894,
relatifs  au  trafic  des  liqueurs  dans  la  mer  du

Nord.
Article  286.

La  Convention  internationale  de  Paris  du
20  mars  1883,  pour  la  protection  de  la  propriété
industrielle,  reviséce  à  Washington  le  2  juin  1911
et  la  Convention  internationale  de  Berne  du  9  septembre
  1886  pour  la  protection  des  œuvres  littéraires
  et  artistiques,  revisée  à  Berlin  le  13  novembre
1908  et  complétée  par  le  Protocole  additionnel
signé  à  Berne  le  20  mars  1914,  seront  remises  en
vigueur  et  reprendront  leur  effet  à  partir  de  la
mise  en  vigueur  du  présent  Traité,  dans  la  mesure
on  üls  ne  seront  pas  affectés  et  modifiés  par  les
exceptions  et  restrictions  résultant  dudit  Traité.

Article  287.

Des  la  mise  en  vigueur  du  présent  Traité,  les
Hautes  Parties  Contractantes  appliqueront,  en

  Telegraphic  Conference,  Lisbon,  June  11,

Germany  undertakes  not  to  refuse  her  assent
to  the  conclusion  by  the  new  States  of  the  special
arrangements  referred  to  in  the  conventions  and
agreements  relating  to  the  Universal  Postal  Union
and  to  the  International  Telegraphic  Union,  to
wüich  the  said  new  States  have  adhered  or  may
adhere.

Article  284.

From  the  coming  into  force  of  the  present
Treaty  the  High  Contracting  Parties  shall  apply,
in  so  far  as  concerns  them,  the  International
Radio-Telegraphic  Convention  of  July  5,  1912,
on  condition  that  Germany  fulfils  the  provisional
regulations  which  will  be  indicated  to  ker  by  the
Allied  and  Associated  Powers.

If  within  five  years  after  the  coming  into  force
of  the  present  Treaty  a  new  convention  regulating
international  radio-telegraphic  communications
should  have  been  concluded  to  take  the  place  of
the  Convention  of  July  5,  1912,  this  new  Convention
  shall  bind  Germany,  even  if  Germany
should  refuse  either  to  take  part  in  drawing  up
the  convention,  or  to  subscribe  thereto.

This  new  convention  will  likewise  replace  the
Provisional  regulations  im  force.

Article  285.

From  the  coming  into  force  of  the  present
Treaty,  the  High  Contracting  Parties  shall  apply
in  so  far  as  concerns  them  and  under  the  conditions
  stipulated  in  Article  272,  the  conventions
hereinafter  mentioned:

1.  The  Conventions  of  May  6,  1882,  and  February
  1,  1889,  regulating  the  fisheries  in  the
North  Sea  outside  territorial  waters.

2.  The  Conventions  and  Protocols  of  November
  16,  1887,  February  14,  1893,  and  April  11,
1894,  regarding  the  North  Sea  liquor  traffic.

Article  286.

The  International  Convention  of  Paris  of  March
20,  1883,  for  the  protection  of  industrial  property,
revised  at  Washington  on  June  2,  1911;  the  International
  Convention  of  Berne  of  September  9,
1886,  for  the  protection  of  literary  and  artistic
works,  revised  at  Berlin  on  November  13,  1908,
and  completed  by  the  additional  Protocol  signed
at  Berne  on  March  20,  1914,  will  again  come  into
effect  as  from  the  coming  into  force  of  the  present
  Treaty,  in  so  far  as  they  are  not  affected
or  modified  by  the  exceptions  and  restrictions
resulting  therefrom.

Article  287.

From  the  coming  into  force  of  the  present
Treaty  the  High  Contracting  Parties  shall  apply,
