CHAPTTRE  V.
DISPOSITIONS  TRANSITOIRES.

Article  375.

L’Allemagne  exécutera  les  instructions  qui  lui
seront  données  en  matieèere  de  transport,  par  une
autorité  agissant  au  nom  des  Puissances  alliées  et
assccices:

1  Pour  les  transports  de  troupes  effectués  en
exécution  du  présent  Traité,  ainsi  que  pour  le
transport  du  matériel,  de  munitions  et  d’approvisionnements
  à  Pusage  des  armées;

2°  Et  provisoirement,  pour  le  transport  du
ravitaillement  de  certaines  régions,  pour  le  rétablissement
  aussi  rapide  due  possible  des  conditions
  normales  des  transports  et  pour  Torganisation
  des  services  postaux  et  téléegraphiques.

SECTILON  IV.

JUGEMENT  DES  LITIGES  ET  REVISTON  DES
CLAUSES  PERMANENTES.

Article  376.

Les  différends  qui  pourront  s'éelever  entre  les
Puissances  intéressées  au  sujet  de  l’interprétation
et  de  ’application  des  dispositions  qui  préceèdent,
seront  réglés  ainsi  qu’'il  sera  prévu  par  la  Sociécté

des  Nations.
Article  377.

A  tout  moment,  la  Société  des  Nations  pourra
proposer  la  revision  de  ceux  des  articles  ci-dessus
qui  ont  trait  à  un  régime  administratif  permanent.

Article  378.

A  Pexpiration  d’'un  délai  de  cind  ans  à  dater  de
la  mise  en  vigueur  du  présent  Traité;  les  dispositions
des  articles  321  à  330,  332,  365,  367  à  369  pourront
à  tout  moment,  stre  revisées  par  le  Conseil  de  la
Société  des  Nations.

A  défaut  de  revision,  le  bénéfice  d’une  qduelvonque
  des  stipulations  contenues  dans  les  articles
énumérés  ci-dessus  ne  pourre,  à  Lexpiration  du
délai  prévu  au  paragraphe  précédent,  ötre  réclamé

ar  une  des  Puissances  allices  et  associces  en  faveur

zune  portion  qduelconque  de  ses  territoires  pour
laquelle  la  réeciprocité  ne  serait  pas  acoordée.  Le
délai  de  cind  ans,  pendant  lequel  la  réciprocité
ne  pourra  pas  6tre  exigéee,  pourra  stre  prolonge
par  he  Conseil  de  la  Société  des  Nations.

SECTILON  V.
DlSPOSTTION  PARTILCULIERE.

Article  379.
Sans  préjudice  des  obligations  particulières  qui
lui  sont  imposées  par  le  présent  Traité  au  profit
des  Puissances  alliées  et  associées,  I’Allemagne

CHAPTER  V.
TRANSITORY  PROVISITONS

Article  375.

Germany  shall  carry  out  the  instructions  given
her,  in  regard  to  transport,  by  an  authorised
body  acting  on  behalf  of  the  Alled  and  Asscciated
  Powers:

.  For  the  carriage  of  troops  under  the  provisions
  of  the  present  Treaty,  and  of  material,
ammunition  and  supplies  for  army  use;

2.  As  a  temporary  measure,  for  the  trans-Portation
  of  supplies  for  certain  regions,  as  well
as  for  the  restoration,  as  rapidly  as  possible,
of  the  normal  conditions  of  transport,  and  for
the  organization  of  postal  and  telegraphic  services.


SECTILON  TV.

DlsPUTES  AND  REVISTON  OF  PERMANENT
CLAUSES.

Article  376.

Disputes  which  may  arise  between  interested
Powers  with  regard  to  the  interpretation  and
application  of  the  prececling  Articles  shall  be
settled  as  provided  by  the  League  of  Nations.

Article  377.
At  any  time  the  League  of  Nations  may  re-Ccommend
  the  revision  of  such  of  these  Articles

as  relate  to  a  permanent  administrative  régime.

Article  378.

The  stipulations  in  Articles  321  to  330,  332,
365,  and  367  to  369  shall  be  subject  to  revision
by  the  Council  of  the  League  of  Nations  at  any
time  after  five  years  from  the  coming  into  force
of  the  present  Treatpy.

Failing  such  revision,  no  Allied  or  Asscciated
Power  can  claim  after  the  expiration  of  the  above
period  of  five  years  the  benefit  of  any  of  the
gtipuletions  in  the  Articles  enumerated  above  on
behalf  of  any  portion  of  its  territories  in  which
reoiprocity  is  not  accorded  in  respect  of  such
stipulations.  The  period  of  five  Fears  during
which  reciprocity)  Ccannot  be  demanded  may  be
Prolonged  bythe  Council  of  the  League  of  Nations.

SECTION  V.
SPECTLAL  PROVISION.

Article  379.

Without  prejudice  to  the  special  obligatiors
imposed  on  her  by  the  Present  Treaty  for  the
benefit  of  the  Allied  and  Associated  Powers,  Ger-406
