I.  Henrich  II.  bestätigt  bei  Antritt  seiner  Regierung

  den  Freiheitsbrief  seines  Großvaters  Koͤn.  Henrich  I.;
er  ordnet  auch  sogleich  die  künftige  Succession,  schafft  neuen
Landfrieden  durch  Zerstörung  der  Burgen,  die  während  der
18jährigen  Unruhen  entstanden  waren,  und  demüthigt  zugleich
den,  Scchsisch  Normännischen  Adel  durch  eine  große  strenge
Reduction  der  Krondomainen.  Bald  kamen  die  Einrichtune
gen  des  Scutagiums  noch  hinzu.

2.  Bezwingung  von  Wales  und  Irrland.  Schilderung
