5) daß die Armuth der Eltern der Impflinge nur bei vorliegender Zahlungs- 
unfähigkeit, mithin nur dann bezeugt werden darf, wenn die Betreffenden 
vermögenslos sind und deren Verdienst nur zur nothdürftigen Ernährung 
der Familie ausreicht.
