die Abfahrt gestatten. Ein Zollhaus-Be- 
amter wird das Schiff nach Paknam be- 
gleiten; dort wird es von den Zollhaus- 
Beamten dieser Station inspicirt werden 
und wird die bei der Ankunft zur Verwah- 
rung abgelieferten Kanonen und Munition 
zurückerhalten.

Alle Zollhaus-Beamten sollen ein Ab- 
zeichen tragen, woran sie als solche erkannt 
werden können, wenn sie in Ausübung ihres 
Amtes begriffen sind, und es sollen immer 
nur zwei Zollhaus-Beamte auf einmal an 
Bord eines Deutschen Schiffes kommen dür- 
fen, es sei denn, daß eine größere Zahl 
erforderlich wäre, um Schmuggel-Gut in 
Beschlag zu nehmen.
