ner Mannschaft, der mitgeführten Kanonen, 
sowie den Hafen, woher er kommt, angeben. 
Sobald sein Schiff zu Paknam Anker ge- 
worfen, hat er alle seine Kanonen und Mu- 
nition ven Zollhausbeamten in Verwahrung 
zu geben, und ein Zollhausbeamter wird 
dann dem Schiffe beigegeben werden und 
mit demselben nach Vargtot gehen. 
Jedes Herdelsschi welches an Paknam 
vorbeigefahren ist, ohne daselbst seine Kano- 
nen und Munition auszuladen, wie dies 
vorstehend verordnet ist, wird nach Paknam 
zurückgeschickt werden, um jener Vorschrift 
nachzukommen, und hat außerdem eine Gelr- 
strafe bis zu achthundert Ticals verwirkt. 
Nach Ablieferung seiner Kanonen und Mu- 
nition wird demselben die Rückkehr nach 
Bangkok gestattet werden. 
3. 
Sobald ein Deutsches Schiff zu Bangkok 
Anker geworfen, hat der Capitain desselben, 
wofern nicht ein Festtag dazwischen fällt, 
sich innerhalb vier und zwanzig Stunden 
nach Ankunft auf das Deutsche Consulat zu 
begeben und daselbst die Schiffspapiere, Con- 
nossemente u. s. w. zugleich mit einem rich- 
tigen Manifeste über seine Ladung abzugeben, 
und, nachdem der Consular-Beamte diese 
Einzelnbeiten dem Zollhause mitgetheilt hat, 
wird von diesem sofort die Erlaubniß zum 
Löschen ertheilt werden. Sollte die Zoll- 
bebörde mit Ertheilung dieser Erlaubniß 
länger als vier und zwanzig Stunden zögern,

up all his guns and ammunition into the 
custod) of the customhouse oflicers, and 
a customhouse oflicer will then be ap- 
pointed to accompany the vessel to 
Bangkok. 
2. 
Every merchant-vessel passing Paknam 
without discharging her guns and am- 
munition as directed in the foregoing 
regulation, will be sent back to Paknam 
to compl) with its provisions, and will 
be liable to a fine not exceeding eight 
hundred ticals. After having given up 
her guns and ammunition, she will be 
bpermitted to return to Bangkok. 
3. 
Whenever a German merchant-vessel 
shall have cast anchor at Bangkok, the 
master shall, unless a holiday intervenes, 
proceed within four and twent## hours 
to the German Consulate, and there 
deposit the Shipspapers, bills of lading 
etc., together with a true manifest of 
his cargo; and upon the Consular ollicer 
reporting these particulars to the custom— 
house, permission to break bulk will at. 
once be given by the latter. Should 
the customhonse delay granting such 
perrmission for more than twenty four
