(Nr. 5782) Bekanntmachung über die Geltendmachung von Ansprüchen von Personen, die
im Ausland ihren Wohnsitz haben. Vom 26. März 1917.
D. Bundesrat hat auf Grund des & 3 des Gesetzes über die Ermächtigung
des Bundesrats zu wirtschaftlichen Maßnahmen usw. vom 4. August 1914
(Reichs-Gesetzbl. S. 327) folgende Verordnung erlassen:
Die Wirksamkeit der Bekanntmachungen über die Geltendmachung
von Ansprüchen von Personen, die im Ausland ihren Wohnsitz haben,
vom 7. August und 22. Oktober 1914, vom 21. Januar, 22. April,
22. Juli und 21. Oktober 1915, vom 6. Januar, 13. April, 13. Juli
und 5. Oktober 1916 und vom 4. Jannar 1917 (eichs-Gesetzbl. 1914
S. 360, 449; 1915 S. 31, 236, 451, 679; 1916 S. 1, 273, 694,
1132; 1917 S. 5) wird in der Weise ausgedehnt, daß an die Stelle
des 30. April 1917 der 31. Juli 1917 tritt.
