Korrekturbogen erlaubten Zusätze 
können in Ermangelung des Raumes 
auf besonderen, den Korrekturbogen 
beigefügten Zetteln angebracht sein. 
Bei Preiscouranten, Courszetteln 
und Handelscirkularen soll auch die 
handschriftliche Eintragung der Preise, 
sowie die handschriftliche oder auf 
mechanischem Wege bewirkte Aen- 
derung der Preisansätze gestattet sein. 
Mit Ausnahme der nach Vor- 
stehendem erlaubten Fälle dürfen die 
Drucksachen handschriftliche Mit- 
theilungen, Zusätze oder Aenderungen 
nicht enthalten. 
Soweit es mit den vorstehenden 
Grundsätzen nicht in Widerspruch 
tritt, sollen in der weiteren speziellen 
Ausführung bei den Drucksachen 
nach dem Vereinigten Königreich die 
im internen Norddeutschen Verkehr 
bestehenden Versendungsbedingungen, 
und bei den Drucksachen aus dem 
Vereinigten Königreich die im inter- 
nen Britischen Verkehr bestehenden 
Versendungsbedingungen in Anwen- 
dung kommen, unbeschadet des den 
betreffenden Regierungen etwa zu- 
stehenden Rechts, diejenigen Zeitungen 
und sonstigen Drucksachen auf ihren 
Gebieten nicht befördern zu lassen, 
in Betreff deren den bestehenden 
Gesetzen und Vorschriften des Lan- 
des über die Bedingungen ihrer Ver- 
öffentlichung und Verbreitung nicht 
genügt sein sollte.
