SECTILON  VI.
ThlBUNAI.  ARBTTRAL  SIIXTE.

Article  304.

a)  Un  Tribunal  arbitral  mixte  sera  constitus
ontre  chacunc  des  Puissances  alliées  ou  associées
Fune  part  et  UPAllemagne  d’autre  part,  dans  un
uclai  de  trois  mois  à  dater  de  la  mise  en  vigueur
du  Présent  Traité.  Chacun  de  ces  Tribunaux  sera
composé  de  trois  membres.  Chacun  des  Gouvernements
  intéressés  désignera  un  de  ces  membres.
Lo  Président  sera  choisi  à  la  suile  d’un  accord
entre  les  deux  Gouternements  intéressés.

Au  cas  on  cet  accord  ne  pourrait  intervenir,
le  Président  du  Tribunal  et  deux  autres  personnes
Fusceptibles  I’une  et.  I’autre,  en  cas  de  besoin,
de  le  remplacer,  seront  choisies  par  le  Conseil
de  la  Sociélé  des  Nations  et,  jusqu'au  moment
Ou  il  sera  constitué,  par  M.  Gustave  Ador,  s'il  y
consent.  Ces  personnes  appartiendront  à  des  Puistrances
  qui  sont  restées  neutres  au  cours  de  la
guerre.

Si  un  Gourernement  ne  pourroit  pas,  dans

SECITION  VI.
MIKED  ARBITRAL  TRIBUNAL.

Artiche  304.

(a)  Within  three  months  from  the  date  of  (ho
coming  into  force  of  the  present  Treaty,  a  Mixed
Arbitral  Tribunal  shall  be  established  between
each  of  the  Allied  and  Asscciated  Powers  on  tho
one  hand  and  Germany  on  the  other  hand.  Each
such  Tribunal  shall  consist  of  three  members.
Each  of  he  Governments  concerned  shall  appoint.
one  of  these  members.  The  President  shall  bo
chosen  by  agreement  between  the  two  Governments
  concerned.  «

either  ol  whom  may  in  case  of  need  take  bis  place.
shall  be  chosen  by  the  Council  of  the  League  of
Nations,  or,  until  this  is  set  up,  by  M.  Gustave

nationals  of  Powers  that  have  remained  neutral
during  the  war.
