4. Jemand, der mit der Absicht einer 
Zolldefraudation eine falsche Bescheini— 
gung oder Deklaration unterzeichnet, hat 
eine Geldstrafe bis zu zweihundert mexi- 
kanischen Dollars verwirkt. 
5. Alle Zuwiderhandlungen gegen die 
vorstehenden Bestimmungen, welche nicht 
besonders mit Strafe bedroht sind, sollen 
mit Geldstrafe bis zum Betrage von 
einhundert mexikanischen Dollars bestraft 
werden. 
Bemerkung. 
Im Verkehr mit den Zollbehörden können 
alle in den vorstehenden Bestimmungen er- 
wähnten Schriftstücke, ebenso wie auch sonstige 
Eingaben, in englischer Sprache abgefaßt 
werden.

4. Any person signing a false

intent to defraud the Revenue of 
Corea shall be liable to a flne, not 
exceeding Two hundred Mexican

5. Any violation of any provision 
of these Regulations to which no 
Penalty is specially attached herein 
may be punished by a flne not 
exceeding One hundred Mexican.
