Kaufmann die Schätzung des von ihm 
bestellten Taxators zur Anzeige gebracht 
hat. 
4. Eine der Billigkeit entsprechende 
Herabsetzung des Zolles soll bei der 
Einfuhr von Waaren gewährt werden, 
die auf dem Transport beschädigt worden 
sind. Das Maß derselben soll von dem 
Grade der Beschädigung abhängen, den 
die Waare erlitten hat, und hierauf be— 
zügliche Meinungsverschiedenheiten sollen 
ihre Erledigung in derselben Weise finden, 
wie dieselbe im vorstehenden Paragraphen 
angeordnet ist. 
5. Alle zur Ausfuhr bestimmten 
Güter sollen, bevor sie verladen werden, 
auf dem Zollamt deklarirt werden. Die 
Deklaration soll schriftlich sein und den 
Namen des Schiffes, worin die Güter 
ausgeführt werden, mit den. Marken 
und Nummern der Kolli, und die 
Menge, die Beschaffenheit und den 
Werth des Inhaltes angeben. Der 
Exporteur muß die Richtigkeit der von 
ihm gemachten Angaben schriftlich mit 
seiner Namensunterschrift bescheinigen. 
6. Die Abladung und Verschiffung 
von Gütern darf nicht anders als an 
den von den koreanischen Zollbehörden 
bestimmten Stellen und weder zwischen 
Sonnenuntergang und Sonnenaufgang,

rean Custom-House before they are

state the name of the vessel by 
which the goods are to be expor- 
ted, the marks and number of the 
Packages and the quantily, de- 
scription and value of the contents. 
The exporter shall certify in wri- 
ting that the application gives à 
true account of all the goods con- 
tained therein, and shall sign bis 
name thereto. 
6. No goods shall be landed or 
Shipped at other places than those 
fixed by the Corean Customs Au- 
thorities, or between the hours of 
sunset and sunrise, or on Sundays
