2. Alle Waaren und Güter, welche, 
ohne für das Gebiet Seiner Hoheit des 
Sultans bestimmt zu sein, aus Versehen 
gelandet werden; vorausgesetzt, daß diese 
Waaren und Güter wieder auf dasselbe 
Schiff verladen und mit demselben nach 
dem Auslande ausgeführt werden. Sind 
solche Waaren und Güter jedoch bereits 
vorher geöffnet oder aus dem Besitz 
oder Gewahrsam der Zollbehörde ent- 
fernt worden, so soll für dieselben der 
festgesetzte Einfuhrzoll bezahlt werden. 
3. Alle Waaren und Güter, welche, 
um die von einem Schiffe durch Un- 
wetter oder andere Seeunfälle erlittenen 
Beschädigungen auszubessern, umgeladen 
oder an Land gebracht werden mögen; 
vorausgesetzt, daß die so gelöschte Ladung 
entweder an Bord desselben Schiffes 
oder, falls dasselbe kondemnirt oder seine 
Abreise sonst verzögert werden sollte, in 
irgend einem anderen Schiffe aus dem 
Sultanat wieder ausgeführt wird. 
4. Kohlen, Proviant, sowie alle son- 
stigen Ausrüstungsgegenstände, welche 
von der Kaiserlich deutschen Regierung 
für den Bedarf ihrer Kriegsschiffe in 
das Sultanat eingeführt und für die 
gedachten Schiffe verwendet werden. 
5. Landwirthschaftliche Maschinen und 
Geräthe, desgleichen alles Material, 
was zum Wegebau, sowie zur Anlage 
und zum Betriebe von Tramways 
oder Eisenbahnen dient, sowie auch 
alle Transportmittel — soweit solche 
Artikel, nach Ausweis eines von der 
deutschen Konsulatsbehörde ausgefertigten

5% Machines and implements for 
agricultural pDurposes, as well as all 
material destined for the construction 
of roads, tramways or railroads 
and the management of the same,

veFance, certified by the attestation
